Been using it for a few weeks, it’s good and does what it used for fast charging and all. The thing that I don’t like about this product is it’s so heavy, once I plug it in a socket, it always falls off. So most of the time, when using this charger I always have to check if it’s charging or not (even with a light tug or not). I still love the Anker charger with chord and I’m still using that without any complains unlike this item.Edited: Anker customer service reached out to me and replaced the item, i love how they respond fast. Been using the replacement for weeks and i’m happy that it working the way it should be. Fast charging. :)

This is a great form factor for what it is, with one USB-C PD port and two legacy USB ports. It is my favorite charger for my desk, and would definitely come with me on an international trip. It is a little large to live in my everyday commute bag, where I prefer a slightly smaller charger for phone and devices. If I carried a laptop every day this charger would replace any USB-C laptop charger that I have, and the slight bulkiness would not be an issue.

I loved this Charger for travel. I was able to plug in my phone, baby's monitor, and sound machine with just using one plug. It stays tight in the socket other than the small simple travel adapters. I actually still use it at home as it saves me the amount of plugins and has amazing charging power. My phone charges faster than on the regular small plugins. I recommend 100%

Charges devices quicker than standard wall/airplane USB chargers. I like it for travel because it obviates the need to bring multiple proprietary charger units. It also charges devices faster AND I can charge two devices at once (though it does sometimes get very warm when doing so.

To my mind, the charger costs its money, however, some flaws distort your final experience. For instance, the USB-A ports occasionally give no power to your phone, and you must remove and plug the cord in the port anew.

This product does exactly what I hope it would- allows me to charge my macbook air and 2 iPads simulatneously. Only gripe is that the prong that fits into the outlet seems a little flimsy- it's worked exactly as described with no issues yet but I'm not sure about how long it will last with regular use.

This little power brick is PERFECT for my tech toolkit! It's small, not too heavy, and does a great job providing enough power for my laptop (although it'll charge slower than the official charger since it's 45w instead of 133w)

Anker's multi-port charger is a major step up from carrying around multiple adapters for each of my port types. I can quickly charge my Thinkpad X1 Carbon (Gen_2) using the USB-C adapter, my phone, and headphones all at once. A great convenience that I'm very much enjoying.As for the Power_IQ feature, I can definitely tell a difference in the charge time for my phone. However, I don't know the extent to which the Power_IQ feature has an impact on more obscure devices that it may not be able to recognize.At the end of the day, I would highly recommend this product.
