Worked fine for a few months then started having problems with getting readings every time used. After 5 months of using it quit working. It build up such high pressure and took so long to go back down my armbegin to become numb and would not give a bp reading. I e-mailed the company without a response. I would recommend purchasing this monitor. Update 2 days after writing this review Sinocare contacted me and a week later I had a new monitor this worked perfectly. I believe the first I received was defective from the start if I would have had some experience with a bp monitor I would have known something was right and would have returned it right away. I appreciate Sinocare standing behind their monitor and taking the time to remedy the problem I had. I would recommend the Sinocare bp monitor. Thank you very much

Purchased after my last cuff tore. Was accurate and then two months ago my blood pressure readings started going way up on the machine. Was reading 160-170s/90s-100s. Took to pharmacy and doctor and machine was only off by one number and same pulse so my blood pressure has gone suddenly up. Thanks to this machine we were alerted early and doctors are running tests now looking to fix the situation and prevent this silent killer.

EDIT: excellent customer serviceI don’t even think I can give an accurate review or one that would be beneficial to the company when I keep getting an error code on this product and it’s been sitting on my shelf for the entire time I’ve owned it. My doctor asked me to have fun with the certain medicine that she prescribed me but even with fresh batteries unplugging the carts and checking everything I possibly could I have not once been actually able to use this. But it looks great in the box on the shelf I swear lol

Didn’t work for me, kept getting error messages. Customer service was exceptional. They quickly offered to resolve the issue for me.

I liked the easy instructions. A very good product, very accurate.

I like the easy to read panel. I like the accuracy. I do not like the voice recording at the beginning telling me to be still. We put two layers of tape over the speaker. Very annoying and makes my bp go up a few points! However, if you are new to monitoring your bp, then this message is a good training tool and will remind you of how to properly position yourself during. Pros and cons. Overall with a taped up speaker, it's working well for us. Reasonably priced too!!

I have ups and downs with my blood pressure, based on stress, and with Covid-19, I was concerned that it could be getting high without me knowing it. So, I searched for devices and found this gem. It was very easy to use outside of the box and was an immediate turn on and go! The voice mechanism was great, it wasn't annoying at all. It let you know when it would start and to make sure you stay still so it could get the best reading.The cuff was a tad bit too tight for me, (for reference I'm about an 18/20 with bigger arms) but I was in contact with customer service and they put all my worries at ease and even took some of my suggestions to make their product even better!! They were amazing and really went out of their way!Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this product and company! - KD

Update: after posting the initial review, the seller contacted me and offered a refund since the cuff did not give accurate readings.Took it to the doctor's office, had them compare readings. It was off by about 20pts. It's easy to use but not accurate.
