I operate a commercial meat packing facility and finding cost effective scales has been a challenge. The VisionTech Scales are accurate and have never failed an inspection from the state weights and measures department. They are pretty durable, some of my employees have put large containers on them and they have weighed accurately and have held up to the abuse in a meat processing facility. Customer service is good, shipped back some scales which we damaged, and they were quick to fix and ship back. I have 7 of their scales and will be returning to them to purchase more for future needs.

We ordered two of these scales initially for our business to test out; sadly, one of them came in wrong (incorrect model) - on the plus side, the other was correct. After testing out the correct scale; we decided we liked the scale (the correct one) and ordered 6 more and exchanged the other. However! Amazon or (Vision Tech) KEEPS SENDING AND SWAPPING OUT THE WRONG MODELS! - Please be careful when you order these. The ad reads model TSV; however, they keep sending model TSP. (VERY DIFFERENT SCALE!)

Was 100% as advertised in all facets. Great product.

One of the three the light doesn't turn on. One of the three the scale does not weigh accurately. One of the scale the buttons don't push. All of the scales the buttons are way too hard to push.

Heavy duty . I wish light would stay on to make it easier to read.
