I think I was expecting this to do what a preworkout powder does. This makes me hungrier than before I took it. Doesn't have a very strong kick. I still need coffee with it in the mornings. Probably best for those who have zero caffeine tolerance, but need a tiny boost.

I've been using these products since April and I have no regrets. I eat really healthy now but this pushes my results over where I need to be for my military career.

Gives you a bit more energy but even when working out 3 times a week I noticed no weight or fat loss
