these are nice beds for the money...this ankles 12 beds we have bought from them and this is the 1st time they did not have mattresses with them...

We previously had a Hill Romm total care but the controls finally wore out and could no longer be fixed . Was searching for another bed and prices were extremely high . Found this one and the price was right for a new bed with warrantees . We are very pleased with this purchase the bed is very easy to move , very quite, has the positions needed. Only 1 thing but its not to negative it is about 1 inch shorter in width than our other bed other than that it was an excellent purchase

Other than it's about 3-5 inches too high in it's lowest position, it's perfect. We took the wheels off and placed the "feet" on 2" lifts to accommodate our needs. That did the trick. Our caregivers love the features for getting our mom in and out of the bed, getting her and the linens changed with less stress on their backs. Mom says it's very comfortable, with the mattress we chose.

This bed is amazing! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one though and it did not come with the scale. Ugh. I also thought it came with the IV pole and it doesn’t. The seller said he would send one in October 2020, but still have not received. Still, I highly recommend this bed and would have went with the one the repositions for bed sores had I seen it before purchasing. My mom and everyone who cares for her is so happy with this bed. Well worth the money!

The hospital bed arrived as expected. They weren’t kidding about how heavy the bed is so make sure you have extra people to help you assemble it and move it to your preferred location. It was easy to finish and operate. I love everything about it!!!

This bed perfectly match to my Mom’s room with luxury style design and it is very quite and smooth moving. This is a wonderful bed for the personal use at home.We had a little hard to pass the single door. We rotated the bed onto its side and then push the bed through the door. Side-rail is good enough to support side-up the bed. To prevent the scratching of floor, we placed a blanket on the floor. It is the perfect way to bring the bed into the room.I highly recommend everyone to buy this premium bed, it is totally worth. A Wonderful Bed.

My husband LOVED the bed. Only used one afternoon before he passed. Very pleased with the quality and ease of use of this bed.

I love the bed ..the driver left it out side and the bed is very heavy..its took 3 people to bring it into my house..its will be nice if they have people helping you out ..but love the bed I will recommend it ...
