Love, love, love this throw blanket! Love the look, the feel & most of all the quality.I bought this blanket to add to my collection of southwest blankets in our living room, I had 2 or 3 of these styles in different color patterns already for our kiddos to cover up with while on the couch lounging & watching tv; along with several totally other different fabric type blankets. But of course everyone in our household wanted these blankets & we just didn’t have enough. When I say… “They literally “go for them”, I mean it! So I bought more in a variety of colors & styles!Our youngest son’s favorite color is ORANGE, it is not easy to find ANYTHING in an orange that isn’t too orange (ya’ know what I mean). This is now one of his favorites. He loves the feel! This is not a scratchy blanket! The weight of the blanket is just right, not to light & not too heavy. It is not too short. This blanket doesn’t leave any part of your body uncovered. You know how some throw blankets just don’t give you the right amount of coverage, well this one does!This throw does not disappoint. The colors & pattern do not disappoint. What you see on the website is truly what you get! GREAT BLANKET! We will continue to buy from this seller & these styles of blankets. I bought this blanket as a throw for my bed for the cold Chicago winter nights when one needs something more to keep warm. I thought it would be fairly thin. I was surprised to see that it is actually quite thick, clearly a good quality and gorgeous to look that on top of it.I am very satisfied, one of the best purchases in a long time. I will buy more from this company, which I understand is a small business, so happy to support that, as well.I would recommend, either for self or as a gift.

I was surprised when the blanket arrived and it wasn't 100% cotton. I had been looking for a cotton one and guess I got a few versions mixed up and didn't pay close enough attention to the details.I purchased the navy one, it's even more beautiful in person than the photos, if that's possible.The branding is modern, the label & packaging attractive. That part WOULD make it a nice gift.I love that they say what happens to excess and returned item, that they get donated locally. I love that. Also that they're connected to the PMMC, which I have a connection to.However,The laundering instructions advise dry cleaning. that is not what I had in mind for this item, so hope it holds up in the wash.It's stiffer than I prefer - I don't really think I'd want it wrapped around me. Hopefully it softens a bit in the wash.

I never write reviews but came back to write this one from a 2019 purchase. This is the best blanket. Yoga, the beach, the pool, the couch you name it! Love this thing. Drys fast, beautiful colors, take it anywhere. So durable and made so so nice! Get ONE!!

Many "Mexican blankets" are loosely woven and wind whistles thru. Great for many things or a quick light cover, but we wanted something a bit nicer and more solid for outdoors.I purchased the mibt/grey and the green/rust. The mint is really pretty but was too green for me so sent it back for a second green/rust. Threw both in the washer and dryer immediately and I already love them.Super soft, thick but not heavy. These are going to be perfect for the backyard!I like to sit on the deck and work, or in the yard to read... these sunny spring days with temps in the low 60s can be too chilly, but not now! Also they look great with our red umbrella and our Mayan/Guatemala hammock!!Like all Mexican blankets, the color will last and you can wash and dry repeatedly. I anticipate these being around 20+ years!

Colour is not accurate to photo - expected minty bluish colour as per photo and it’s definitely mint chocolate chip ice cream coloured.Thick material compared to other companies but looks cheaper
