Saxton TCT Circular Wood Mitre Saw Blades 210mm x 40 & 80T x 25.4mm Bore fits Evolution Rage Saws (Pack of 2)

Seems very good value I've only used the 40 tooth blade so far but its produced a very clean straight cut. Its only been used on softwood construction timber so far and 18mm WBP ply all without any issues. Theres the obvious (very minimal) tearout caused by the supplied insert plate being used but this is due to the tool, not the blade.Fits perfect in my evolution rage 3 mitre saw and precision engineered for this tool. My initial impressions are great, I highly recommended these blades.

Brilliant blades especially for teh evolution machines that have a 25.4mm bore. Blades are slightly thicker than the ones you get from evolution but not an issue . I use the 40 teeth blade for general wood cutting ( 2x4) and have no issues with them at all . the 80 t is more for fine cutting and aluminium whi9ch so far has been great.Overall very good blades and half the price of the evolution ones and they probably last just as long unless you like cutting wood with nails in it .

I’ve used the 80 tooth only on some pelmets and cornices on kitchen units. Amazing cuts. So good in fact it’s impossible to tell which side was cut in the factory. Also used on mdf skirting without issue though I suspect the 40 tooth would suit skirting better.

Used this on my mitre saw. The cuts are nice and clean with no splintering. Can't answer the longevity question as just received them and only used half a dozen times but very happy.

Using in my Evolution Mitre Saw. The bade creates a really fine and clean cut. I have only used it for softwood but I have been pleased with the results.
