This is ground well but not too fine. It mixes well in everything i have put it in. If you don't put in too much for what you are eating or drinking, you will not know it is there. I put too much (2 tablespoons) in a bowl of beans, and it was thick, I still ate it, but it was thick.

This product is super fiber food that keeps you regular, helps to reduce excess weight and reduces cholesterol. Fiber is one of the most lacking ingredient in the average American's diet. I mix it in with my protein and vitamin drink and there is no taste. BUT the biggest thing for this particular product is that it is ground VERY SMOOTH! Other brands are much more grainy, which adds a not so good texture to swallow. Not so with this product! I always get the 2 bag option, because it saves me money!

I've been using this flaxseed powder for few months now, as I am breastfeeding! The quality is great and easy to add to my breakfast routine. I like that it doesn't change the flavor of my oatmeal or yogurt. I've been using 1 tablespoon or so every morning and it lasts for up to 2 months. Highly recommended!

This is my second purchase of Manitoba Ground Golden Flaxseed. I use the flaxseed to bake products. I plan to try other recipes...smoothies, etc. This is a very finely ground flaxseed. Bakes up into a nice muffin.

This product is beautiful and high quality. I use it in my smoothies (1 tablespoon). I put it into my meatloaf (1/2 to 1 cup) or make meat patties (1/4 to 1/2 cup) with eggs. Instead of using bread crumbs; this has much more value for nutrition.

Love the taste and consistency of this product. Its like a fine flour so you can sneak it into pretty much everything.

Eat it for breakfast with yogurt and fruit
