Works great no ir so you won't see anything at night unless you have a lit area. My barn has utility light so no problem. Has great picture during day and truly is a speed dome 360° in just over 1 second. Uses pelco-d protocol on rs-485.

Overall the camera is good, but which corresponds to the description, many things do not coincide: 1. The power adapter should be 12V and 24V came to me, so I had to buy another. 2. The manual seems to be from another camera. 3. The camera does not have night vision, as stated in the description and in the manual.

no manual no instructions - for experts only. I can't find documentation for it and I have tried the settings that I located online and I have no camera control.

The product's build quality is very high -- comparable to my $500+ PTZ. The manual was well organized and printed on very high quality paper although it probably would help more if it's having a little more guides for beginners. The video quality is very high with extremely truthful colors -- but unfortunately it was not optimized to support/satisfy its low light rating (0.01Lux) -- my guess is that the IR filter was made constantly enabled for costs reductions -- this is probably not a problem for many customers but it matters to me a lot.

Will be returning it as it does not work with our current system even though I was told it would.

No manual or instructions in the box. I guess I'll try and download it.

Camera is great but the item does not come with any mounting brackets or instructions. Furthermore, Amazon does not sell the brackets designed for this unit and the manufacturer does not seem interested in responding to email requests to purchase the mounting bracket. Camera looks pretty stupid just sitting on my desk upside down.
