Kettle arrived today. It's not silent but when is boiling water in a metal vessel ever going to be silent?! I love the dual, ranging in increments from cool/20° etc to 'hot', that gave me quite a giggle. Then disaster hit. It's not a big issue to normal people and does not affect use at all but my spout is wonky!! It's not lined up so it pours a bit to the side and for an axious perfectionist like me, it makes me shudder when I boil the kettle. This was easily rectified by making someone else make the tea. Every time. Without fail. 😁

Looks wise it is a lovely kettle, but unfortunately has stopped working. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a kettle.

I only needed a small two slice toaster and this is what it is. Perhaps a bit too small!Also the browning control is not very precise so you have to keep checking if the toast is ready. But it works.

Love the design of this kettle and the price. It did feel light compared with my old one but that’s fine and for the price I have no complaints so far.

New kettle required and this kettle was chosen for style, cost and capacity. Its 1.7ltr capacity is excellent, the cost was a little dearer than some but a lot cheaper than others with similar styles. The style looks great and goes well with modern kitchens. A really good kettle fast boiling and very quiet.
