Made a simple Barbere chicken curry with just a couple of ingredients found on Google recipes.Never used this spice mix before, but the curry was AMAZING.(I used it on burgers and they were delicious too.)Very different from the usual curries with layers of flavour and a nice warming on the tongue.Just ordered another pack!

Bought this to make some jerk chicken as nowhere near me stocks actual Caribbean supplies, it was simple to use and of decent quality, you could tell from its appearance it was a mixture of spices and herbs, at only one use though and £3.75 it isn’t particularly good value for money.I would use again in a pinch but honestly it could of had a little more flavour and a little kick to it and for this reason I don’t think it’ll be back in my cupboard soon.

I am not the best of cook but wanted to try a Moroccan lamb recipe using these herbs. Taste was outstanding and intend to try it again

The overall flavour gets crowded out by the coriander seeds, too much for me, and I dont feel it gets quite the right taste for Misr Wot etc.
