I want to thank the TG90 company for honoring their warranty 8 months into the life of my power bank. I purchased it in November of 2022 and had a problem with it in June of 2023. The LED lights that indicate the charge in the device quit working while I had it with me on vacation outside the U.S. Through trial and error I determined that it actually was still taking a charge, but without the lights, there was no way to tell how well it charged or how much charge was in it, so it was hit or miss whether or not I'd be able to charge my phone with it while out and about.My greatest difficulty was in figuring out how to make a warranty claim on this item. On my main Amazon order page for this product it said that the warranty and support period had closed, however the description of the item did state that there was a one year warranty, albeit with no further information about how to claim the warranty. I had to call Amazon's customer support to figure this out. Solution: On the TG90 storefront page in Amazon, there is a field labeled "ask a question" in the upper corner under the words, "Have a question for TG90?" From there I was able to find how to open a line of communication to get my defective power bank replaced. I was asked to do a couple of tests to confirm that my device mails were indeed malfunctioning. After a couple of messages to confirm all, a new device was sent to me with no further question. Thank you for not making it any more difficult once I figure out how to communicate with you!

I have bought this portable charger for so many of my friends as well as for myself - it holds charge for so long, super easy to fit in a bag to go out with, and charges up quickly. It's saved me so many times when my phone otherwise would have died. Besides using it on a night out, I use it at the pool when my battery gets drained quickly and I take it hiking in case my phone battery dies and I need to call for help or look at directions. I also bring it with me traveling in case there aren't outlets on the plane. All around a great product for a great price.

I really like the charger flexibility to be able to charge different device types. This was very helpful on a recent trip as I was able to help a friend charge their phone who didn’t have the same device I did. However, After one use of the charger the LED lights stopped working. I could not tell how much battery life I had left on the charger or if the charger was even charging. I reached out to Amazon tech support who connected me with the manufacturer tech support. After a quick review the company sent me a new charger without any hassle. Their customer support is very helpful friendly and supportive. I give 5 stars overall but subtract one for original product issue.

Just purchased this power pack. So far I am impreessed with it. My iPhone 12 was about 78% discharged, and the power pack recharged to 98% full in a third of the time it takes plugged onto my USB 2 port on my PC. will post later comments as I further use this power pack.

Part 2 of 3 | 4 starsWithin a couple of days of leaving my review (please read original review below) I was contacted by the seller who is also the manufacturer (always try to buy direct from manufacturer whenever possible).They apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I would be willing to give them another shot. I was shocked they reached out to me in the first place so I was more than willing to work with them to find a resolution. I figured we'd run through some troubleshooting and that would be it since my device was out of warranty, they had no obligation to do anything at all. Then they ask permission to send out a new device. This all took place literally within one week of submitting my review. They're were a couple emails exchanged and then a new device was on my front door step.I did take notice immediately that the charging port on this new one is a USB-C instead of the Micro USB the first one had. Too soon to tell what other changes have been made if any, but I'm hopeful this new device lasts longer than the first because I really want to like this device. I need this device.The result of my experience with TG90 and their product is I would MOST DEFINITELY PURCHASE ANOTHER DEVICE from them and their customer service is phenomenal! They chose to reach out to me and offered a replacement device when they had absolutely no obligation to do so. I didn't contact them and complain, I simply left an honest review just I like I do on every other product I purchase from Amazon. What more can you ask from someone?! They've done everything correctly and they've done a whole lot more than most any other company would have in the times we currently live in. I will update this and add the final part, part #3 in a few months. **Below is my first "headline" and my product review.** "Put your money into a different brand. Starts out great but goes downhill quickly." 1 StarI really had high hopes for this one. Originally it worked great. Charged my Samsung S22 perfectly.I was pleasantly surprised. However, just after the warranty period of 90 days expired (of course) it began charging slower and slower until currently we're at just over four months, (so probably 150 days I'd say) and I constantly get the error msg on my phone that it's slow charging. We're talking like 6-8 hours worth of slow charging. At this point it's not even worth carrying it around and even attempting to use it.In my opinion I'd go with a different brand...unless you want to be in the same situation I am in right now in just a few short months from now. :(

Best thing about this charger is that it has both iPhone Lightning charging cable and Type C charging cable neatly attached ( no need to look for a charging cable)Next best thing is that this is a BEAST of a charger it can charge an iPhone super quick and an Apple watch equally fast. Also charges my head phones with remarkable speed.It's light weight, thin and the slick leatherette cover makes it easy to stash in your carry-on pack.Easy to Re-Charge this device once you're able to access an outlet.Highly recommend this charger for the traveler.

Love this product. Used it reliablly for a long time. Recommended it to friends. Then I lost it. Bought another. Stopped working after two months. Seller sent a replacement.

Worked good but sometimes it was hard to tell if it was charging when Pluto to the wall. When using with phone it sometimes just stops charging and you have to push the button on the battery to restart. Maybe a safety feature but it’s a problem to me.
