I used it strait from the needle to my teeth no use of mouth guard,take the cap protective tip and place it back on afterwards to save the rest. then waited for a couple of minutes and then I rinse and yes I saw a diference , good for special picture ocations

This is the easiest teeth whitening procedure I’ve ever purchased. Much better than any “pens”. The tray fits and it works! Coffee and nicotine has faded away!

I keep it on for a maximum of 20 minutes, which I'm very happy with since I cannot stand having trays in my mouth, let alone chemicals. Make sure not to overdo it as one little drop goes a long way. If I get it on my gums I remove it with my finger. A go-to, that I will use one 1-2 days a month as maintenance. Plus, I love that it is vegan and it has a short list of ingredients. It comes nicely sealed in a bag. A great value and quick results! Very happy with the purchase.
