Works well but the taste is awful.
Just started to use the product. It began to work within four hours . The taste is quite unpleasant.

Effective treatment
The tablets are easy to take and tasteless. They act quite quickly and are very effective. no unpleasant after effectives, I have been taking them for a year or more and find them excellent.

Amazing.
Because of medication I was finding it more and more difficult to go to the toilet and being a regular daily occurrence in the past it was getting me down. So I tried every product available which I found was hit and miss and at times uncomfortable.Then I came across Natures Flow and never looked back. I now have a monthly subscription. Even when you have a break for five days as per instructions I’m regular as clock work and it’s all natural. Cannot recommend enough.

Keep up the regime
I've been using meds from Dr for a year now to clear backlog and I felt it was making me ill and not tackling the problem. With these I can leave off the meds and take these instead for a wk. The fact that I do get up to 6 tablets and then have to stop for a week just proves how poor my system is. If you're the same don't give up just re start after a week. I don't think I'll ever feel 'empty' but they do help more than anything else I've tried.

This product had the desired effect after taking 2 tablets, 1 a day. Caused nausea, cramps and a general feeling of illness. That said, it did work but wouldn’t want to take without being near a loo.

I have had chronic intractable painful constipation for many years and as well as diet, lifestyle adjustments I have tried everything (not wanted to keep on drug therapies though) started to use this product. I am finding it excellent it is helping a lot. The only concern is with regards to it having Senna in it but the company assure me it is not much and just part of a good formula to help the whole digestive system.I had some detox symptoms initially (sweating/sneezing etc) at start - which hopefully shows its doing some good and now just getting on with a better life. Very grateful for this product.UpdateI stopped using this because I realise there was another ingredient which could also perhaps make the bowel lazier. I understood from the company that they were updating the ingredients because of this.
