Customer support is lacking. I wrote them letting them know that one of my lights was out only 3 months of use. Never heard back from them.

They are not all working now, less than three years

I have them up high in the shop and a standard LED 100W replacement bulb is brighter and wayyy Cheaper. They look good and installed about like any shop light. Instructions were minimal at best. The light output is directed straight down so don't expect anything other than under the light.

These lights are total junk! Out of the 6 that I bought 2 of them already went out in less than 2 years! That is also with very little usage. 100% recommend getting a different brand. 0 stars if I could.

Very bright, easy to install. Will have to see how long they last.

We purchased two boxes of two. They were installed late 2020 or early 2021. All four of the lights have at least about one quarter to one half of the light that is not working at this time.They are installed 14 feet off the ground in a dry shop/barn.

This is a quality light that was exactly as described

The installation is somewhat difficult as there’s not enough room to fit in wires if you intend to connect several of them in series.

Bought some of these to upgrade the lighting in my shop with 12' walls after getting tired of the poor light from 4' two bulb florescent lights, especially in the folder weather where the old lights take some time to warm up to full brightness.These give off great light, much brighter than what they replaced, and with the added benefit of instant full brightness regardless of temperature. They diffuse the light well, providing even lighting with no spotlight effect of any kind.Mounting was a breeze, I hung the included brackets from my ceiling, clipped the lights up, and was pleased by the easily adjustable cable hangers. Due to my existing electrical configuration I fitted these lights with a short cord and plug, then simply had to plug then into my existing receptacles after hanging them.I will likely order a few more of these in the future to replace the lighting in the other rooms of my shop.

We used these lights in our shop, just the right amount of brightness. Only had 4 sets installed a few days ago with 8 more to go, seems they’ll work fine.

Sent them a message. One light is totally burned out and the other has 2 of the six tubes workingThey offered to refund one lightI sent a message back asking that both be replaced 5 year warranty and it’s been a wee and they haven’t repliedNext step is to get Amazon involved to resolve this problem
