This chilli salt packs a punch, adding flavour to any dish that needs a bit of a kick. Great on creamy pasta to add another dimension, a sprinkle on poached eggs, chips or salad to spice things up.You only need a pinch - too much and the chilli can overwhelm. Enhances savoury recipes
I use in soups, casseroles, sprinkle on roast chicken & roast veggies. It is small pot but goes a long way - you don't need to use very much according to taste, best to experiment with small amount first.
