Skinny Fiber (120 Capsules)

When I first started taking this I would forget to take it. I finally gave it a fair shot for 2 weeks. I felt better but I'm not sure that I lost any inches with it but I will try it for one more month.

Ok.. I will start with this. People who order this and say it doesn't work probably don't do any physical activity at all! I was 350 and over the period of 5 months took one month off for financial reasons.. Lost 50 pounds! Now! I cut back any fried food.. Watched my calorie intake and walked 3 miles a day! All this pill does is flush out food. After I eat I have to go poo. That is how I know it's working bc I use to only go once a day. But this is a fiberrrrrr pilllllll! So you have to balance the fiber or u will gain! You can't eat foods high in fiber or shakes. I did that for a week and learned the hard way and wasn't losing anything! I weigh myself weekly just to make sure bc I am as skeptical as anyone! But a friend of mine took it for a year and lost 100 pounds but didn't do much activity and still are crap.But people expect over night success.. I get that way too but you have to get over that and be determined to lose weight! Again this is fiber! So it flushes the food you ate!But now my problem w this seller is.. If I select the button "buy again" they charge more money! Which I think is horrible! I am paying for this crap every month and you want to jack up the price because it's working for me!

I received my shipment in the mail & the next morning took two pills with brkfast and 2hrs later I was in the ER By ambulance with paralysis on rt side and felt like my head was going to explode. they did ct scan of my head and spinal tap for spinal menengitis with neg results. was diagnosed with complex migraine. Hardley ever have headaches if so just vague nothing ibuprofen won't help. i was put on imitrex and phenergren for nausea and in bed in dark room no noise for 5 days. So been leary of taking it again. Would like to know if anyone else has experienced these symptoms. TY was really looking forward to the product.

Yes Skinny Fiber pills give you a full feeling. However, it doesn't stop you from eating Carbs and Fats! I didn't not have any success with the pills as directed. Your right.. I won't be back for more.

so far no difference in my weight but only been 2 weeks and have lost 1 inch. Will like to see whta happens in the next two weeks before ordering more

I am one of those that have tried many things over the years, but over the past several years it seemed nothing really helped. I decided to try this (the first thing in about 2 years or so?) and I loved it. I had no bad side effects, plenty of energy and lost about 8 pounds. I also had to drink plenty of water and had begun watching closely what I was eating again. So I did give it 5 stars and say I love it, and I did lose weight, but I can't say It's just because of this because afterwards, Since then, I have also taken some other vitamins-D, C, etc. and fibers, etc- (after checking some of the ingredients) and a month after that had lost even more than while taking this product. If you think about it in terms of losing weight, yes, I did, it's great. I also did without it, which is great also, so it is all a matter of motivation and if you can tolerate it, but I think the key is drinking water and getting the right vitamins/supplements your body needs. Mine (personally-you should try to check with your doctor) needed calcium and D, and I added C, and more of another form of fiber, and I'm down a total of 69 pounds in all about 10 months. (first month-8 pounds was with skinny fiber). Good Luck!

This is not the real thing. How do I know? I use and sell it and I can definitely say that this is a fake. Why did I buy from here if I sell it you may ask. Some of the capsules were empty, and the powder was at bottom of bottle. I should have purchased a bigger supply at one time, but I wanted to try first.
