A literally essential item for anyone with lithium batteries
So I got a vape a while back (the aptly-priced Smok RPM80 Pro), and as it is a bit of a better item than the low-end disposables, juuls, etc, it has an 18650 slot, not an internal battery. Thus, I needed an item to charge my cells as to not rely on the mUSB inside. This thing is great! It's my main "at-home" charger for my vape batteries, my button-tops for the flashlight, and anything else I have, **PLUS** whenever I want to, I can just take it with me anywhere I like with AS MUCH capacity as I want (2x18650s would be about 6700-7000mAh, or 8000mAh with 21700s; I can always pack spares in my bag with a then essentially infinite capacity providing I have enough cells!) to take as a power bank. It's not as small as my 10,000mAh PB-N83, but it's not as much of a brick as my 30,000mAh Baseus X30, and it allows me to have essentially-infinite capacity in a power bank on top of it being a good charger for my batteries. The construction could be a little bit better - for some reason it does appear to be quite flimsy to me due to it's lightness, but it has worked very well so far and the screen and button are very helpful in quickly getting information about the state of the batteries. The USB port is very slightly askew which is weird, but has no effect on it working. The batteries _can_ (with 18650s - keep in mind it won't do PROTECTED 21700s by the way) come loose if you shake them which is a bit odd - they're not kept in by anything but the pressure of the adjustable pin), so for this reason I wouldn't particularly recommend charging while you're on the move but it's not much of an issue and could probably be fixed with some adhesive pads or blue tack.Highly recommended item. Definitely get it as it's excellent having an indefinite-capacity powerbank & vape/flashlight charger in one, and for a very reasonable price compared to many other products as well. If you don't mind about the 20700/21700 feature, you can also get the cheaper, smaller 18650-only PB2C for cheaper, which is more or less the same thing in a smaller form factor, and TMK it doesn't do the full 18-20W PD that I believe the PB2S can.

Very good pack
Well made compact battery pack that works very well. Feels much better quality that some other cheap rubbish out there. I’ve used it with 18650 and 21700 cells and it’s great.Would buy again.

Pretty good, not great.
It's pretty good, a few things shortcomings which drag it down a bit.I have been using this with 2x18650 3000mah batteries. The USB-C port will happily supply 12v at 1.5A, as well as 9V and 5V, the USB-A is limited for 5V. The same goes for recharging the batteries, 12V 1.5A makes for a fairly quick 18650 charger without much heat buildup. The charging circuit under the display can become quite warm while charging the batteries.I understand there is a newer version that comes with a plastic insert for shorter batteries like 18650 to stop them moving around in the case. The retractable pins are not THAT good, the spring could be stiffer. I haven't knocked them out of place yet but I can see how that could easily happen in a backpack or bag.The display can show the Voltage of each battery but NOT while discharging the batteries. The cutoff voltage for charging works well, it continues at 4.2V with very very little current until it goes from 99%-100% which can take a fair amount of time but tops the batteries off properly. The low-voltage cutoff is unfortunately a bit high. The ones I use are good down to 2.5V but this charger already cuts out when they reach a very modest 3.3V, a fair bit of capacity left on the table. 3V would have been preferable and still safe.It gave off about 3300mAH (from fully charged 18650 3000mAH batteries) measured with a USB tester when charging my phone at a modest 5V 1.6A. I imagine it will be less when discharged at 9V or 12V. I'd like to test this again with larger capacity 21700 batteries.

Great little charger
Very fast to charge 2 batteries, nice and portable. Well worth it if you vape a lot and have to change batteries regularly

Fast charger & good versatility
Fast USB C charger. I use it to charge 18650s and 21700s which no issues. Screen displays charging percentage/remaining percentage if using as a power bank. Tell you details for both cells and each cell individually which is a nice feature.
