Whilst the item arrived in good time. Unfortunately the sensor did not attach as it should. When I contacted this seller all I was told is you have to go to the manufacturer to get either a refund or replacement item.These sensors are not cheap!!! over £100 per month for me to monitor my medical condition.Fortunately Abbott who make the sensor seem to be willing to replace the unit however I am still waiting for a final decision.Its worth also advising that if you purchase through Abbott its cheaper and easy to doI would be vary wary of using this re seller.I hope this helps

I used this under my conservatory floor for the winter. It's was easy to fit once the floor was level and I used a levelling compound once this was in place over the top so it just covered the wires. Once dried the tiles were fitted and it has worked a dream. The floor was extremely warm throughout the winter months and has now been turned off for the summer. Just make sure you test the cables when your fitting it at each stage to make sure it has not been damaged. The control units is very easy to use and looks very stylish. For the money you won't get a better or cheaper product. Would recommend.

Great product. Wasn’t sure but trusted reviews and delivers what I hoped...a sizzling floor so nice in the cold cold winter months. Heats my en suite so well. No need for central heating.

Excellent quality product which was very easy to cut and fit, instructions very straight forward and great value for money. Heats the tiled floor quickly and uniformly, no cold patches. Fitted with floor insulation means we have it on for an hour a day and it lasts for 6-7 hours, keeps the room warm, easy to control with LCD programmable thermostat unit.
