Nice flavor.
Delicious on toast and in tea. Bought it to help with poison oak outbreaks. I don’t think it helped with that or immunity at all, but as a bee keeper, I love honey, and the flavor of this honey is very smooth and mellow. Meadow foam honey is my favorite but this honey has a rich molasses color and taste.

I love what these people are doing for bees... but the honey may be bad for your health.
I've been on a detoxing/cleansing diet since 2015 and my sense of smell and taste have never been so refined. My girlfriend and I joke about me being a human bloodhound. I've had Poison Oak Blossom Honey before so I knew what it should taste like. When I tasted this stuff I was apalled. It tasted toxic... industrial... gritty. I knew it came from Campbell, California and immediately went to google map this city. San Jose folks. This honey comes from the San Jose region which means that the bees on this farm are collecting pollen from flowers covered with city dust and city debris: peticides, herbicides, heavy metals, and other city dust, grit & grime. The poison Oak Honey I had before was harvested by bees along the Umpquoa River 20 -30 minutes from Roseburg, Oregon. Just wanted those who are seeking honey for health benefits to steer clear of this one! :) My suggestion to the producers of this farm... is to move your farm out of the city and into the country where the air quality is 100 times better!!! :)

This stuff works!
Take a spoonful every day for a few weeks. Go hiking in shorts in any west coast forest, and you will brush up against poison oak, but hey, YOU WILL NOT GET A RASH!

A taste of California redwood forests
Morgan Hill and the Santa Cruz mountains are large pristine areas of unspoiled redwood and oak forests and diverse wildlife. Poison oak is abundant. An earlier reviewer complained that it’s full of San Jose city toxicity. Sigh. Wrong! The honey is a deep brown with a complex flavor that is appealing even if you don’t like mass-produced honey.

This honey is great!
I live in the Santa Cruz mountains on several acres of land. I had a real bad case of poison oak while clearing some shrubs. I tried it all...creams, lotions, soaps, vinegar and salt scrubs. Each had a small effect, although I was not able to sleep for about three weeks without getting up to miserable scratching. I described my circumstances to the friendly folks at the Campbell location were the honey is sold. The staff let me know that it might help although with no prior experience exactly like this, offered no guarantees. I took several tablespoon throughout the day and for the first time in weeks, I was able to sleep through the night. It could have been the length of time or the honey but it seemed to be a turning point of relief from the misery of the poison oak. I love this product and it taste great as well!

Perfect Honey, as rated by a non-expert, bee-fearing
Regularly purchased this honey from the market in Jack London Square when we lived in the Bay Area, and so pumped to see it available online! This honey is not overly sweet like some of the syrupy honeys out there. It's more mild, and has an earthy, almost woody flavor. We use it often in cooking--adding some heat to it really brings out the flavors. Also works well in rooibos tea. The Honey Ladies have a variety of flavors that we've tried in the past, but this one is our favorite. Seriously good stuff.

Excellent flavor
Hopefully it will help with my husband’s reaction to poison oak. The taste is excellent. Honestly I’ve never tasted better honey.7/5 Still love the flavor but starting to crystalize. Surprised us, since we've haven't had it very long.
