Perfect conversion, save your hands from Sony's poor ergonomics
Does the impossible, converts your Xbox One controller into a Dual Shock 4. I am using it with a PS5, it even turns on the system wirelessly. No lag, no complaints. The battery is only 800mah though, so it's probably only good for 3-4hrs, but, it's also nice and flush with the back. If you want more battery life, get the "extra" model, but know there will be a bump out on the back of your controller to accommodate the bigger batteries. Last thing, the picture in my review shows the status LED during charging, the LED is blue during normal use.

Awesome Device!
I'm quite impressed with the device. It works extremely well. I had a spare Xbox controller that I wanted to hook up to my PS4. I haven't had any problems with using the Xbox controller with the PS4. It did take a bit of maneuvering to get the adapter on the controller. The battery life of the adapter is not that great. The battery lasts for about 3 to 4 hours with active use. However, the battery issue can easily be rectified with plugging the controller into a usb cable connected to the PS4.

Does not work
I got this to simply add a battery pack to my controller and thought the feature to connect to other consoles was cool, however none of the buttons register on the controller with this device connected.I waited a couple weeks after getting this to try it out on my friend's ps4 but it will not connect to the console nor does it connect to an xbox one or a switch. I managed to get my pc to pick it up only in wired mode but none of the buttons work ! Once I remove the device and just use my controller wired normally I can play my games and all the buttons work.I tried updating the firmware like some people all over the internet say I should do, but that did not fix the issue. returning the item is also going to cost me too much. I do not recommend this to anyone. Just buy a ps4 controller or a switch pro controller.

It works, a little hard to plug into controller but I can use my xbox controller on my ps4

Goodbye Dualshock!
Incredible product. I love the Xbox controller and dislike the Dualshock and Pro Controller, this lets me use an Xbox controller for all my modern consoles. Worth every penny.
