Stranded - Updated 1 Star Part but 4 Star Customer Service
The part failed in less than 1000 miles and now I am stranded over 3 hours from home. Truck is stuck in limp mode until I can get another part or I will have to have it towed to a dealership. Ugh.Will update this review if the seller responds quickly and helps me out of this jam that I am now in.Update 1-12-2021: After numerous emails with the seller I finally had to order another part from another source. The pump was indeed bad and failed. They agreed to replace it finally but I had already ordered another from a parts store. I showed them 3 scan results from 3 different scanners showing that the code had returned. I finally had to buy a PC connected scanner to run FORScan software and it showed that the pump had no pressure. After removing the pump I tried to prime it again and it would barely allow a few drops of fluid to pass. When first installed it primed up perfectly and fluid flowed freely. Not sure why it locked up.The seller offered to make things right by sending me a new part or refunding my money. Since it was well passed the return period I didn't expect a refund but they did. While I not happy that the part failed so quickly and I got stranded, I do understand that things happen. I am however happy with the customer service and the fact that they made things right!

So far so good
I bought this after having to replace my Def heater in a 2015 f250, Bought the heater off of amazon also. If you have to buy a heater i'd say replace the pump also. I replaced the heater and after about a week of driving it the pump went bad, Replaced it with this one and so far so good. I have about 500 miles on it after install. My best advice is to install the 2 little rubber garments like they show on a lot of the you tube videos. More than likely if you get a low pressure light again then those 2 garments are probably not seated correctly. Take down the spare tire so you can reach the Def tank easier and also get a floor jack under the pump. Watch a few you tube videos in general and it only takes a few basic tools to do. If you have a small electric impact 90 degree one I found works great. I had issues with installing the tank because of all the def fluid still in it. it only took me about 4 hours to do though. If you replace the pump at the same time it might save you another 2 hours if the pump goes bad. Cheaper than paying the dealer 1200 to install even if I have to replace it every year for the next 6 years which I wont own the truck that long anyways.

Did not fit
The pump that I received had an outlet nipple that was 1/4" larger than the original part. This outlet nipple connects to a hard line. Since the nipple was significantly larger, the outlet line would not fit over the nipple. Ended up returning the part and buying an OEM part from the Ford dealer since the DEF tank was already dropped and didn't want to go through the hassle of having to put everything back together just to replace at a later date.

Don't waste your time. Broke after a couple months.
Don't waste your time with this pump. I bought the part and had it replaced, after about a month it started making noise, then the check engine lights popped on and I had to take it to the dealer who said the pump was bad. The dealer said most after market pumps aren't good so you may want to save yourself some time and money and get a genuine pump from Ford.

Don't bother
Less than 400 miles, low pressure code. Should have listened to other reviews. Replacing with a part from rock auto, which is what I should have done the first time.

Pump defective
This pump looked just like the original Motorcraft pump but it stopped working in less than 90 days. My truck's MIL came on to show "low DEF pressure" as a trouble code. A new Motorcraft pump solved the problem but it is a pain to replace this pump. My advice based on my experience is DON'T buy this pump.
