So while I Love this product, it truly helps you get to sleep, the sprayer just died after a couple weeks. There are a Lot of reviews stating this same problem yet the manufacturer seems to ignore them. Disappointing. I didn't want to waste what was left, so I bought a $1 little spray bottle from Walmart or dollar store, and cut off the logo wrap around the Sleep bottle so you can then unscrew the top and pour into the new one. You can not get the top off without getting the wrap off first. Hope this helps others.

Good product, bad sprayer mechanism. The sprayer won't press down. It locked itself (even though it does not have a lock/unlock position) and does not have a way to unlock it short of hitting it with a hammer. This is the second one I've had this problem with. The liquid does help me get back to sleep, but it's very hard to use it because sprayer does not work. Let me know when it gets fixed. I won't be re-buying until then.

This is a great product to help with falling asleep quickly, but the sprayer breaks. I can't use it, it won't even twist open to pour it out. It needs to be re-engineered to work correctly.

Although I have used this product and it’s sister product for several months now, I have struggled with the sprayer getting stuck similar to other folks experience. I used a number of work arounds in the past but finally gave up. I tried to return the last purchase but Amazon directed me to call the vendor and when I did I received voicemail - not a user friendly return process.

The product itself works very well. It allows me to go to sleep gently and quickly. I have used it for pver a year and will continue to do so.The problem that I have had has been mentioned by others who purchasedd the product - the sprayer is not dependable! Out of the last 3 that I purchased 2 stopped working altogether and the 3rd would spray in every direction except my mouth.As I said,I have used this product for over a year and this was my first experience with this problem.I don't expect a refund however I think replacing the 3 defective ones would certainly be in order and would certainly be appreciated.

I bought both the Night Time Formula and the Middle of the Night Formula, as I've had a rough work week and have had trouble turning off my brain at night; I don't like the harshness of sleeping pills, and wanted to try Sleep Doctor PM since it uses only natural ingredients.While it says to use 15 minutes before bed, I took it an hour early just in case it to a while to kick in. I sprayed 5 sprays under my tongue, and over the course of half an hour a gentle drowsiness built up until I was ready to go to sleep. (One of our dogs barked and woke me up a few hours later, but I used one spray of the Middle of the Night Formula and went right back to sleep.)It tastes similar to a 5-Hour Energy drink, which is either a pro or a con depending on whether you like that taste. In my opinion, the Middle of the Night formula tastes better.I woke this morning feeling actually really refreshed! In the past I've used straight melatonin, but it gives me a sleep hangover that lasts a few hours the next morning. This actually didn't stay in my system at all, and I feel really alert this morning.The price is higher than I would like. I'll be rationing this carefully to make it last as long as possible before I need to buy more.

Update:I’m changing my 1 star rating to 3 because I realize I could have just had a bad reaction due to sensitivities that others may not experience and the seller also gave a refund without me even asking for one.They also didn’t ask me to change my review. I just thought it was the fair thing to do.The first night I tried this I woke up in the middle of the night sick to my stomach. I thought maybe it was a coincidence so even though I was scared to try it again, I did and once again I woke up sick to my stomach.It does make me sleepy and seemed to help me fall asleep but it didn’t take long before I was up sick and unable to go back to sleep.Needless to say, I DON’T recommend this product.
