These inserts are very thin to start with, so when one is filled with less liquid that the other, it throws off walking and the feeling of pain relief offered (scantly) by the inserts. Save your money on these - I am better off using the blue gel inserts from the Grocery Outlet for half the price.

I bought a pair of Healthmate insoles and while initially they felt good, within a month they tore and the insoles started started to come apart. I wrote the company, told them all I did was walk in them and their product is defective. They didn't want to believe it and asked to see a picture. Below.you can see the tears in the insoles. Its the white area in the middle where the insides are starting to come out. They did call me and quizzed me about how much I weighed. I said 190 and they said OK but these are not meant for anyone at 200#s or over . I repeated I wasn't so they said they would send out another pair. They really need to look into why they have a defective product-is it just one pair or is it ever pari they put out. Definitely not as good as a competitor product. The competitor gelatin filled insoles had no such restrictions nor did they tear after a year of use.

I ordered men's size MM. I wear a size 11 so that is the proper size according to the size chart. The insoles are about 3/4 inch too short and too narrow overall. I wear a C width so width should not be a problem. I can't tell if or how well they work since they don't fit correctly in the shoe. I can't tell if I was sent the wrong size or not since there was no size marked either on the insole or the packaging. I would say order a size up but maybe I was just sent the wrong size. With shipping these insoles weren't cheap.

I am a firm believer in wearing supportive insoles for your feet. I am on my legs 10 hours a day five days a week. I have very high arches and this insole is a great support. My legs and back are much better also since I have worn them. They can be tosses in the washer and line dried. They can be used in any shoe. It may take you a few days to get used to the moving gel, but... Give it that small amount of time. It will save you hours of aching feet, legs and back.

Not really worth the money. It would be good at half the price

If you have foot issues, stand long hours, or have aching calves in the evenings.. Buy these inserts. Only and I mean only issue.. It may take a while to get used to walking on... But if you are will to stick it out, the benefits will be worth the wait.

I am on my feet 14+ hours a day, these are amazing my feet feel so much better. They have held up well so far, I am a delivery driver, so they get a ton of miles on them.
