Q: We have the heated hoodie. Are the dime size holes in the bottoms of the pockets normal? Small items could get stuck between the lining.

I never purchased the hoodies. I only purchased the vest.

Q: How do you know which battery will work for my vest? No battery came with it and i can find no markings on the vest as to what size to use.

Dear customer, if your heated vest charging port is a USB port, it's suitable for you. If the charging port is DC port, please contact with our customer service, we will send you right battery link.

Q: How do i get this to fit the heated vest? it has a different plug? do i purchase an attachment?

Dear friend, this battery is fit for 5V heated vest. If your vest is 7.4V please purchase right battery.

Q: I don't understand "ultra charging" of the battery bank. is it better to charge through the 1.) micro usb port or 2.) usb-c input port?

Both is fine. The battery pack include a type-C wire for charging.
