I have been using these vitamins for almost three months. My hair is growing like an inch a month. I love these vitamins and I will continue to use them until my hair gets long.

Supplements are one of the things that I like reviewing the least only because it takes so long to really know the full effectiveness of them. For me, it's especially difficult with something like a supplement for hair. My hair is so thin and now that I'm older, it's falling out without replacing itself like it did in my youth. Worse yet, I'm a woman. At least men can go bald and still look good. That usually isn't the case for we women. So, I'm all for trying whatever I can to hold onto every strand that I can; hence, this product.While it's still too early to know how well this supplement may be working, I have noticed that my hair does feel much better. It's silkier and feels softer. It also looks a little healthier. Unfortunately, my hairbrush still looks about the same, but I'm hoping that changes soon.One down note is that these pills smell and taste a bit on the nasty side. Not a real problem though, especially if they work. That aspect only lasts for a moment or so until you've swallowed the pill, so it's not a big deal at all. Just noting. Have not had any negative effects at all.
