Waterproof! And Comfortable.
I absolutly love these boots. I had a hard time finding anything that said waterproof to be actually "waterproof". Always end up just water "resistant." These are in fact very waterproof!. warm, and comfortable, easy to get on and off. my arches have fallen, and i have other issues with my feet and I practically live in these. I am Extremely rough on shoes....and these boots keep up. I have had them for 2 years now, same pair. Still going strong. I ended up with a cut in the toe of one from getting shoved under the seat of my truck, and still no water gets in. Very well made. If you do manage to get water inside, and i have a couple of times. They do dry quite quickly once you take them off. Slip resistant maybe not 100%, mostly on flat slippery surfaces. deffinalty better than most. A little on the heavy side yes, but still easy to walk in. and yeah a little clunky. I do manage to trip over more than I would with regular shoes on. you get used to it. But they are 100% worth every penny.

Amazing!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered a half size up to ensure I have room for thicker socks and they fit perfectly. I wore them to do horse chores in 3 inches of poop, mud and water an ny feet stayed completely dry and they were easy to clean. I also do pet sitting and these kept my feet warm. They also broke in very quickly within 2 hours they were broken in plenty (For the 2 hours i kept kneeling and Bending my ankles and the toe box to speed it up and it worked) i will absolutely purchase these again.

Thought I made a mistake but I'm so glad I got passes break in
I ordered my usual size the first time and they were too tight. Got a half size bigger and they felt great until the end of my first shift with them. I had horrible blisters on my heels. I was so worried I had just wasted 200 dollars. So for the next two weeks I had to put mole skin on my heels and toes to keep from further blistering and it was so uncomfortable with the blisters they had already given me. Then about two weeks later I was in a hurry going to work and forgot the mole skin. By the end of the night I was amazed they didn't rub or hurt. It's been about two months since I got them and although they are work boots I wear them everywhere. They are a little on the heavy side but nothing that bothers me. I even wore them through the summer. I'm not sure about water proof. I plan to treat them here shortly as we head into fall. I don't usually write reviews but I was going on my 4th pair of sketchers muck type boot in 2 years and was so frustrated. They are 80 a pair and although comfortable they never lasted long. These are well made and I have no doubt won't blow out and tear like what I was wearing before. I'm so glad I got through the break in period and now couldn't be happier with my carhart work boots

Really nice boots, after slight modification
The media could not be loaded. these Boots are awesome, they're comfortable and warm, pretty waterproof, I've tested so far by walking in the rain and splashing in puddles. I'm from the northwest and I've worn these on 30 40 and 50° days and they keep me pretty warm.what I found is that these were true to size, in terms of length from toe to heel. but the boot was very low volume around the top of my foot and toe box. I took the insoles out and wore them for a couple days to break them in, but that didn't quite do it. I heated them up by blowing my hair dryer into them for a few minutes and then around the outside of the toe box and then put on extremely, 3x thick, socks and shoved my foot in there and yes my toe was smushed but as the boot cooled down the leather stretched a bit and made more room so when I put them back on with regular, THIN wool socks, and the original footbed, they fit pretty great👍👍👍 I have experience from a previous job with modifying boots and shoes. that is the ammature DIY at home way, but it made a huge improvement, and now the bootss are nearly perfect. (and, if you want to stay warm, a THIN wool socks is always better than thick...trust me)I have a narrow heel and a style like this just isn't going to grip my heel and keep my foot completely stable inside the boot. when I replace the insoles with actual arch support insoles that will help a little.overall, love it! I don't mind doing a little bit of work to customize it to fit my foot. this is a high quality product. but it is a mass produced product, and not everyone's foot is the same. so this is what worked for me!

Super cute, well made and convenient!!
They do run a little big but I like this because most likely thicker socks will be worn during the season these will be used for. The soles are very well stitched and appear to be durable but we will see after a fall and winter of use.......too early to tell just yet. I LOVE the convenience of the slip on style of these boots. I got them specifically after dealing with uncomfortable lace up expensive work boots so these have already eliminated half the battle with those. Now I will need time to tell how my feet do in them for longer periods of time. Would need to follow up later.

Cheaply made!
Both the soles on the boots broke in half after less then a week of wear. Very cheaply made and not happy with them at all. Was excited to finally have a good pair of work boots and was let down once again. Tried contacting Amazon and the carhart brand themselves and neither one would replace or refund me for the boots. Won’t be buying from them ever again. Very dissatisfied with both’s customer service.

Not waterproof
Comfortable work boot. Not as fitted as a hiking boot or walking shoe but I walk for work and I haven’t had any blisters. I did get a blister on the heel when I chose to wear them on a walk across town. So there is some movement but overall the fit is true to size!Unfortunately they are water resistant but wouldn’t say waterproof. I can feel my feet get wet from walking through wet grass! Wanted to love them but I’m a poop scooper so wet grass is inevitable and I don’t want to think about the bacteria seeping in with the dew! I cleaned them and used a waterproofing solution but my feet still get wet so I’m guessing it’s the structure rather than the material.

One boot fit & the other was a a bit tight...
Buy a size up or a .5 size up for a perfect fit. These are super comfy once I broke them in a bit. I am usually a 9 and bought a 9.5. Very comfy boot & would highly request buying a pair for winter or work!
