365 by Whole Foods Market, Herb Milk Thistle, 180 Count

I like this stuff but my one-star off is that it seems rather pricey for something as basic as milk thistle. I could probably get it in bulk locally cheaper. The pre-packed pill is just convenient. A tea would work just as well. I do like that there are no additives in the 365 brand and is gluten-free, titanium dioxide-free, etc. I take it only because a naturopath recommended it for several weeks/months after being on antibiotics and surgeries, anesthesia, etc. I cannot actually tell if it does anything but I hear it cleans out your system of toxins and is good for you "in many ways" -- that is what she told me anyway.
