There is a default website attached to the QR code allows account set up, but does not accept QR code no way to contact manufacture, or customer service be at the website link does not work would not buy!

When the barcode on it is scanned, the person that scans it can see what you put for your pets lost information and I got a message pinpointing the location of that person's cell.  The bio allows you to post what you want in the comments and attach pictures so the person that finds your pet will see it when they scan it.  When you squeeze it once, a blinking light comes on, twice and a slower blinking light comes on, and three times for a solid light.  We use the light when we go on walks at night so he is easy visible to vehicles.  Also, it is super cute when it lights up his walking path.  This device is small and light and comes on a keyring so it is easy to attach to the collar.  The only thing I would change would be to use a more hefty keyring or a different kind of clip all together to secure it.

I ordered this product because it's kind of like a micro chip and you can set up your account online so that if the pet happens to get lost anyone can scan the QR code on the device to get your name, address and phone number so you can be reunited with yoiu furry friend. The only thing I had a problem with is that no where in the literature did it say how to trun on the unit or turn it off, I had to email the company at [email protected] to get that information. I like when I let my German Shepard out at night I can turn it on and see where she is at in the yard.I think it a great buy for the price for the peace of mind that if someone was to find her if she got out she could be returned easily.

The registration website doesn't work. No matter how often you put in your details, until you get numb with the boredom of it, it will simply sit on 'processing'. Despite getting an email saying I registered, it does not recognise me when I try to log in. Today when I tried it again and clicked on Activate, it sent me to a website telling me to download pc speedup software. Tried again and I was sent to a webpage that was blank, 'disabled'. Third time again and I got stuck in the loop of in putting my details. I was going to return this and ask for my money back but what d'you know!? No returns....

I bought this for my cats. The visibility is barely anything. I topped it up by adding a lighted collar. The batteries wear down easily. I change it once a week. And you have to be careful because it gets in the water bowl because it hangs so low. Would be better if it could somehow attach to the collar. I think it might also be too heavy for my cat’s neck (he’s 5lbs). I wouldn’t waste money on this. In fact I took the second one back. It’s not worth it.

This product is not user friendly. Could never get it to work. Tried more than several time to fill in my pups info and it kept crashing.

I ordered 2 of the pink for my girls. Easy to set up. I cannot believe for the price all the information you are able to give. I hope to never need to use these but it is a great peace of mind. The only thing is I wish they had space to leave an alternate phone number.I wanted to add as of 3/21 I still have both. The QR code is still completely visable. Very impressed with the quality over time.

Seeing the Energizer name lent to the product I thought I was buying quality. I wasn't expecting much and I've not been let down. The website you have to use is constantly down. B/c you use the website there are no directions on the package which make these little more than pet collar bedazzles. I'm truly disappointed.
