Good quality resistance bands
Love these resistance bands. They are great quality I’m using large and medium and working my way towards small. The ebook was also really helpful as I am a beginner. These bands are a lot better than the plastic ones

Despite having trouble initially with the delivery where the parcel got lost (which amazon immediately refunded & re-dispatched the item which was delivered the next day).. the product is really high quality and perfect for working out.
