It is very pretty, but the size and shape are a bit decieving. It is large- like another review said, it is about the size of a half dollar. Also, it is flat- the picture makes it looks like a sphere, but it is not a ball at all- it is flat like a coin, although a bit thicker than a coin. The quality is good- it seems sturdy and the colors are beautiful. I love the peacock pin that comes with the necklace as well. This was a nice buy for the price.

Purchased this item for my wife as a Christmas Gift -- she LOVES it!The necklace is very well made with a beautiful decorative green/blue stone (akin to turquoise) and is adorned with a beautiful peacock on the left with blue and green jewels. The neclace is made of several strands of beaded string of various colors and are easy on the neck. Clasp is very durable, and offers several extra links for size adjustment.The bonus is the beautiful peacock hair clip. The picture makes it difficult to tell how bit it is, but it's about 3" long. Silvery with purple rhinestones embedded in it.

I bought this as a gift for my Mother and she loved it! The only complain I have is that when she took the necklace out of the box, the extender chain, that lets you decide how long or short you want the pendant to hang, fell off. The necklace still can be clasped, but there is only one link to the chain still attached.

This is a beautiful necklace... Don't be like me though. Read the description! I generally am much more careful, not this time. I needed to return this item because it was quite a bit larger than I expected(because I didn't bother to read the description) Amazon was great about the return and credit.

I really love the pendant and ordered it in every color. The only thing I did not like was that the chain part was not braided on the last six I ordered and the effect was not as pretty

I love the necklace! It is just as beautiful in person as it is on the screen. I don't care for the barrette that came with it because the colors on the barrette did not match the necklace at all; the entire clip and stones are too light in color to match the necklace.

Ordered two of these and they arrived two days later in two lovely boxes in a bubble wrapped envelope. Beautiful detail, color is great. Had nice compliments. It is not a long necklace--hangs just at the breast bone, truly worth the great price and will compliment either a formal dress or casual wear with jeans. Thanks Zonman

I gave this as a gift to my Mom and she loved it! It's beautiful in real life! The only thing that would be nice is if they offered different size necklace parts. My Mom had to buy a small extension for it because she likes her necklaces to hang down a bit more. It does look beautiful on her!
