I've had this canopy for over 2 years now. It's been to the Texas coast three times to use as beach shelter and I've used it 4 times at a long-term campground. It's been through wind, sand, blazing heat, and heavy storms. One folding hinge along the long side broke, so i put the pieces together and wrap it with a bungee cord. It works perfectly.This is a great design. The fold-out poles add quite a lot to the square footage and the dual canopies allow wind to pass through it. The dual canopies make it much more sturdy in windy conditions; rather than lifting up in a gust, the wind passes out the top of the canopy. The red push-buttons to raise the legs are super easy to operate, and the central press-up locking mechanism is ingenious and effective. The grommeted holes along the edge of the fabric allow for water to drain rather than forming heavy pools which will rip the fabric.Let's be real: This is not easy for one person to set up unless you're on a smooth floor. If using it outdoors, you'll need help pulling it out and raising it up evenly so that nothing twists or breaks.I certainly got my money's worth on this. The size, durability, and ease of set-up are all excellent.

WILL BUY AGAIN WHEN IT IS ON SALE.

This arrived pretty quickly and was relatively easy to set up and assemble. I wanted something simple and not costly to cover our patio, this worked. No tools required for assembly. Recommend to use two people at least the first time as the leg extensions need to be broken in. This looks good, and holds up well in light to moderate breeze. However one storm gust out of nowhere picked this up and spun it around (despite being anchored down), and now I have a buckled leg. It still stands upright and is usable just now I can't close it up and transport it. Can't fault the product, this is common with any pop-up style canopy. I would suggest taking it down or removing the canopy top if you know a storm or high winds are forecasted.

Over all it’s a nice canopy. It’s fairly sturdy and added the needed shade. I was hopping this would be stronger then the average canopy but I would not say it’s not really strong.Had two events that has some gusty winds and broke a cross member once and another time bent a pole. I had to replace them both. The customer service was pretty responsive. It would be easier if they just had the replacement. Parts on their website on Amazon so I could just order them instead of going through the customer service.The tent stakes they send with are not nearly strong or long enough. They will. It hold up in 10+ mph winds. I purchase new ones that are much stronger and about 6” longer.

This is the third canopy I have ordered from ABC but will never again after their horrible customer service cannot resolve my issue.I have have two ABC canopies that work flawlessly that I bought for a club I run. This one however has three of the four locking mechanisms that will not pop back into the correct position (see differences in pictures) I tried everything except taking it completely apart and could not get them to work. When it first arrived they worked, but when we used it a second time they became stuck and would not spring load into the locking hole.Thinking to myself, no big deal, I'll just contact customer service since this is a quality product and let them advise as I might be missing something. Fast forward 3 weeks and all I can get out of their extremely broken English email replies are nothing but bogus excuses. I can only get one response a day from them, barely understand them, and their final solution is for me to wait weeks for parts from oversees that are currently backlogged in factory shortages. Best yet, there would be no way for me to replace the defective parts with the way it's assembled in the factory with rivets. Unfortunately I am outside the Amazon return window and left with their "customer service" to find a fix.I really loved ABC Canopy before this and raved to friends about their products. Boy was I wrong!

I've used these as a summer carport for years. It keeps the parked car cooler than sitting in direct sun, and is wide enough for us to get in & out of the car without getting wet in the rain. This was the largest one we've bought and surprisingly the lowest cost. In local stores they're usually $50 to $80 more. It was delivered in two days and comes compact in a zippered carry case with everything you need. As a somewhat disabled senior,I found it easy to set up by myself without needing any help. The legs extend and lock easily. I will say that I used my own guide lines. I was pleased to find sandbags in the packaging to give the legs extra weight, though I didn't use them, nor did I attach the included zippered screens which would be more useful to keep the interior bug-free as a backyard "party" pavilion.

Very nice tent. Easy to put up. It was recently used for two graveside interment services and will soon be used for a 40th wedding anniversary party. Appropriate for both.

This canopy has an overhang on the sides that make the area under it larger than your average canopy. It is a little more complex as the overhang arms fold out as the canopy extends. It is strong an has a top vent that helps in wind but it still needs tie downs and we take it down in brisk winds. It is a little heavier than our other canopy but it has a wheeled case. I would recommend this canopy and would buy it again. Time will tell if the extending arms stay strong. The added space is noticeable.

Received the delivery a week ago, waited for rain to stop, and finally did the open box during the sunny weekend. It is well packed, and no damage to the parts. Instruction is easy to follow as well. One thing I have to say is it is much easier to assemble, comparing the similar product I bought from big box store years ago. It was pain as the previous tent took four adults to install together. Thanks to the red push button with this tent, I actually did it with by myself, with very little help from my little kid. (However, it is still need at least two adults to unassemble and pack it after use). The quality is better than my previous one as well, the material used for the body feels solid. also like the four sand bags within the package, which will make it use friendly in beach as well. Overall, good buy and nice gift for "home vacation" during the COVID-19. Kids enjoyed it, even it is on the driveway :-)

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Pavillon für die Regentage im Sommer um auch mal was kurzfristig darunter zu stellen oder selbst zu sitzen und das Essen geschützt von der Sonne zu genießen. Wir hatten das Produkt bereits vor 4-6 Wochen bestellen und erst jetzt aufgebaut, da die Wetter Verhältnisse besser wurden. Die Farbe des Pavillons sowie die Qualität und Haltbarkeit sind ein Traum. Wir sind restlos begeistert. Über den Sonnenschutz kann ich noch nicht viel beurteilen aber die Optik ist SUPER!! Der Aufbau geht relativ schnell, wenn man zu zweit aufbaut. Wir empfehlen dieses Produkt mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter!!

Don't wast your money. It's very flimsy. I put it up once with 3 friends you could tell it wasn't sturdy. It forecast windy so we thought better to take it down. It broke taking it down. Put it back up my son said he would mend it. But putting it back up it broken on the other two sides. All I have left is a top in very good condition the rest was put out in three peaces for scrap man. I'm shocked this can be sold.

After 5 uses in Australian weather the canopy disintegrated and tore at the seams. Contacted company through Amazon and no reply. Would not recommend the seller.
