It made dreaming a less abrupt. It helped to form more tranquil thoughts in general. I would not use it more than 3 nights a week. I would only use it if I woke up after 1 complete sleep cycle (about 2.5 hours, plus or minus 45 minutes). I would not use it if I expected to be awake and alert within 3 hours. I hope that it catchs on in local pharmacies. If they could get price to $10 for a 3- 6 month supply, it will be part of a new industy as a restful sleep over the counter remedy.

I was skeptical at first because of the price but I must say this product works. Haven't had a lucid dream yet but my dream recall is defiantly there.Update: Had my first lucid dream with this product a couple nights ago. Thumbs up

Product is good. Bottle is huge. The dropper itself is very long. Be careful not to touch it to your tongue or lips so you don't cross-contaminate.

Galantamine clinical papers infer that it works for some and not others. Having taken the bottle, no lucid dreaming. I like to think I'm maybe a little brighter, but probably not.

I decided to try Galantamine because I was having a lot of trouble inducing lucid dreams. Using the Wake Back To Bed technique I followed the directions on the bottle (17 drops with a hold under the tongue before swallowing) before going back to bed. Vivid dream, woke up briefly, then went back to sleep and lucidity attained!Of course I recommend trying all other methods first (reality checks, MILD, WBTB, etc.) but if you're going at it for a while and can't seem to bust past that lucidity brick wall give this a shot. Consult with your doctor first and make sure you're not taking anything that is contraindicated by this. Good stuff!

I have used Galantamine for years to engage in lucid dreaming experiences. And in the past, the Galantamine that I used produced very vivid results. At that time, I was taking Galantamine in tablet form. This is the first time I've tried Galantamine in liquid form and, even at doses much higher than indicated on the label, this particular product had effects that were negligible at best, and usually no effects at all. I suppose that it is always possible that I've built up some sort of tolerance to Galantamine, but even at the height of my lucid dreaming activities, I generally only did it no more than once a month. I have to conclude, therefore, that this particular Galantamine product is a dud. I'll never buy it again.

I have not had any vivid or lucid dreams using this supplement. I have had some dream recall, but no better than average. The last is bitter, but not impossible to swallow. It was not worth the money for me, but everyone is different. It may or may not work for you.
