The media could not be loaded. Such a beauty to hold & look at. Was heavy upon opening - be gentle. Mainly the bowl had the most weight. Bowl wrapped within a thick cardboard box casing. Massage balls within its own box w/ dividers - snip the thin plastic covering of each ball.Thanks for the 2 light bulbs - 3 total light bulbs - because the bowl had a light bulb already installed. Hope they last.Super easy set up.I attached a vid and many photos following my unboxing for you to get a better idea on the quality of this item. I am in awe with this lamp. It was a perfect price point. Zen decor.Excellent quality!Glad AMZ delivery personnel didn’t mishandle the package during shipment - which unfortunately would be a loss for sellers. Just sharing my thoughts but plz be considerate of the sellers when reviewing & to contact sellers 1st because AMZ is responsible for the actual storage-delivery with certain products. Not the seller’s fault unless actual item has flaws. I’ve been fortunate to have my items arrive intact and one time did receive immediate customer service from a seller after messaging them.

This item was a gift. Very nice looking to display in any room. Can be used as a night light in evening. Stones are nice to relieve stiffness in neck/shoulders etc. or just use for ambience in your space.

I like this one better than some of the other ones because it has a lower set bulb without the cage so it doesn't show between the balls so obviously. You have more gaping with the rounded balls vs those with the various sized rocks.The balls don't hold enough heat to be therapeutic was what I found. If you're buying for the other plusses it offers, it's a beautiful addition.

The photo is on the dim setting. It recommends to leave it on to first time for the first 24 hours. It’s been on this setting for about 5 hours so it’s not hot yet. I’m assuming because it on dim. I’ll turn it brighter in the morning.I love it and I think it’s very peaceful. I get debilitating migraines and this doesn’t hurt my head. Which is rare for me so I love itOnly negative I see so far is the balls look like two halves put together but might just be me or that it’s a ball put together by salt :)

This salt lamp is so wonderful. It's great as a night lite as it has a dimmer switch on it. Most of all when you turn it all the way up and let the balls get really warm, they feel amazing on sore aches and pains. My 82 year old Mother-in-law loved mine so much that I bought her one for her house and she is always using it.This salt ball lamp is so worth every penny and makes a great gift.

Adds so much warmth and coziness to any room. Perfect for every room. And works VERY well if using for massage therapy. I cover the balls with a towel and it keeps them Nice and hot. Highly recommend this brand... others are not as good for the price.

This looks nice but that’s where it ends. If you expect the balls to get warm, which they should, they don’t - even after leaving it on for the suggested 24 hours. I think it’s a design flaw. The bulb is not high enough to warm the balls and is too low in the bowl. I have one I bought years ago - the bulb is higher, has a metal guard around the bulb so the balls sit around the metal guard that covers the bulb and they do get warm. I would be afraid on this one that the salt balls could break the bulb since there is no metal cage guard around it.

The media could not be loaded. This salt lamp is gorgeous in its own right. I ordered it to give a warning glow while taking advantage of the salt and all its glory. The package arrived excellently wrapped in separate pieces, the bowl was wrapped securely and separated from the globes and the globes were individually wrapped in a sectioned box. By the way, true Himalayan salt, I licked one of the globes..
