5 lb. SEED POTATOES - Red Pontiac - Organic - ORDER NOW for FALL PLANTING

I bought mine last fall, & stored them individually in wrapped newspaper, in a cardboard box, in my garage. I opened the box to check on them 2 weeks ago, & they had sprouted LIKE CRAZY!! Some of the sprouts were 8" long (which I wasn't expecting!) All the potatoes were healthy. BTW, I live in the Seattle area. I also bought Yukon Gold potatoes from this seller, & they are also very healthy. Don't hesitate to order...these are wonderful.***Update 6/25/2015...These potatoes are growing beautifully. The greens are strong & blue-green in color (they're now flowering). The Yukon Gold I also bought from this seller are equally healthy. I can't wait to harvest. Again, don't hesitate to buy from this seller- these seed potatoes are SUPERB!!

Followed the directions and we have potatoes! We cut these in half so we would get more plants and bigger potatoes. Dipped them in fire place ash and put them in a dark cool place for about 12 days. After they sprouted, we plugged them into the middle of our mulching Straw Bales. All of the potatoes are growing healthy plants. We are looking forward to harvest, so are the neighbors.

The product arrived not in a very good state as they became wrinkled, soft and putrid in a very short time (within 2 -3 days) following arrival. In my opinion, they need to arrive in a state that they can develop the necessary 'eyes' to begin to grow following planting. I am not very satisfied with the product that was delivered.

I bought these to grow my own organic potatoes. You should see the healthy plants I have growing. I am really pleased. Anxiously waiting for my own crop of potatoes!!! I would definately recommend these!
