These work really well for changing lures out quickly.

These swivels should work well for my fishing expeditions. Additionally, I use swivels to make harnesses and other fishing lures. They should work just fine. For the fellow that was using them to make mobiles and wanted the slightest breeze to activate them, I think the pressure exerted under water will make these function just fine.

I got these to add to a set of poi that didn't have a ball bearing swivel from the poi to the leash. These work great for it, the snap/clip are great since the poi has a glowstick design with a solid plastic loop for a connector.I wasn't sure if these would work for it but they work very well and I don't notice them at all while they're spinning.Probably didn't need such a high weight limit but I didn't want to struggle with something that was too small. I'll probably add these to my other poi sets since they worked out so well and are a lot cheaper here than they are when you get them from a flow arts shop.

The media could not be loaded.  Second type of Amysports swivels I've bought. And second time I've been disappointed. I test swivels by hooking them to a weight and hanging the swivel from a stationary hook. I spin the weight and watched how long they spin and how the swivel acts. On ones with more drag than others the weight stops quickly. I also notice jerking in the swivel hook while spinning indicating rough spots in the rotation. About 50% of these Amysports ones that I tested I put in the bad pile. I'm not using these for fishing but to make mobiles. The least friction ones are best as I want the slightest air motion to set the mobile in motion. I test my mobiles with a small fan. The bad ones won't even spin with the fan while the good ones allow complete rotation of the vanes. I cannot imagine that the poor spinners would be good for fishing. The other Amysports swivels I bought are the all brass ones with high load capacity. I posted a video there of how poorly they spin. (worse than these) Dr. Fish has better consistency from swivel to swivel. I got a whole kit of them and while they don't spin as good as the best ones I have they are at least consistent and spin fairly well. Unfortunately, the best ones I have, I don't know where they came from as I have been buying these based on prices in packages of 10 or so. It is only recently that I started testing them when some of my creations didn't work right. I thought it was my design until I changed the swivels and found out that while most rotate there are ones that spin much better. Some of the best ones I spin my test weight and they go on their own for 40 to 50 seconds. Bad ones might only do a few rotations before abruptly stopping or stop at less than 15 seconds. I won't buy any more Amysports swivels because of the inconsistency. If they tested them before shipping and put the good ones in a higher priced bag I would buy them.

39lb equipment should withstand 30lb static load no problem, right? No, you're wrong. The funny part I am not getting why to lie about as simple thing as weight? It is very easy to check, it is just weight, not ultraviolet light or photons beam.The 39lb lock snap swivel gave up on 30lb STATIC load easily, 3 times I tried. I am honestly not getting, why to you sell 10 lb equipment as 39lb? There are buyers for 10lb, but I need 39lb and you get 1 starYour plastic container is not lockable! This was a first sign, " something is definitely wrong". Best seller. Ha-haha

These are very overpriced for what they are. I have been told barrel swivels are superior to normal swivels because they have a better spin rate and can last longer in salt water.These swivels are garbage, first the tolerance on them is so wide that there is massive play between the stem and the barrel.I regret getting the 26lb one, and for some reason bought the 26 lb one for 18 dollars... when there were some that is 10.99$ The main reason for my regret is that the 26 lb snap is so thin I doubt it can actually handle 26 lb without deforming or worse, failing completely.Very disappointed, I’m hoping to get a refund
