best form of Mg Supplement
I tried other Mg versions ie citrate,bisglyycinate etc could not take them for long but found this MgMalate seems to be OK and this is good amount in single dose. I take 1 capsule daily along with Vit D3 4000iu after Lunch and confinuing for last 2 months.

Upset stomach with 2 a day
After taking the recommended 2 a day 3, 4 days, started going toilet too often. I know they have a laxitive affect, but wow didn't expect so much. Additionally, stomach pain and nausea/dizziness started happening. I've now switched to one a day which has cause any problems so far. I'd say I still have the same energy affect as taking 2.

Capsules are a touch large, but I think that's normal for magnesium. They are reasonably easy to take.No flavour. Pack lasts a while.This is a good version of magnesium to take.Has stopped my mild leg pain and restless legs
