GNCWomen's Multivitamin Energy & Metabolism

This is honestly the best multivitamin I’ve ever used. Very fair price for what you’re getting. I’m one week in using it daily and I’ve noticed huge differences in a few areas. I’ll share my opinions and experience so maybe it will help others:1. I only take 1 a day, not 2. I felt like 2 was kinda overkill, and I did see some people report feeling jittery when taking 2. I take it after having a small breakfast (like yogurt) in the morning, and follow up with a good lunch with plenty of protein.2. The vitamins do have an odor, but it’s not so bad that it makes it an issue. They are a little large, so if you have issues taking larger pills you may want to use a pill splitter to cut them in half.3. There a lot of vitamin B in these. You will likely see your urine turn a neon yellow color towards the middle or end of the day after taking these. It’s normal and okay! When our bodies cannot process all the vitamin B we take in, we expel it through our waste and this causes the discoloration. Don’t be alarmed if this happens.4. My biggest thing about these is the fact they truly DO curb sugar cravings. Sugar (namely soda) is my vice. I’ve taken things in the past that claim they curb sugar, but they’ve never really worked for me. This is the first product I’ve ever taken to truly curb those sugar cravings.Taking these every day for the past week (I combine mine with omega 3 fish oil, ashwagandha, and an allergy pill), along side a calorie deficit diet and putting a little exercise into my routine, has helped me drop 5lbs this week. Highly recommend! I hope this helps anyone on the fence about trying these!(For reference, I’m a 39 year old woman with perimenopause symptoms, 5’4 220lbs)

I am a 61 year old woman and took a multivitamin most of my adult life. I have been lacking a lot of energy and always felt exhausted. I decided to give these a try. I have been taking these every day for approximately 5 months and whoa! I definitely can tell a difference in my energy level, I actually feel like doing more and don’t feel totally exhausted like I used to. And because I have more energy and stay real active, I have lost around 15 pounds! I definitely recommend this product.

Have been taking these vitamins for some time now and really like them. They have a lot of vitamins included in them and don’t hurt my stomach. Good quality product and keeps me with energy

I was told to purchase these vitamins by a female athlete Who runs a dance studio. Her words: “These vitamins gave me life!” With a review like that I immediately ordered them from Amazon—which had a better price and the exact product unlike GNC. Oddly, GNC did not have ultra. The product arrived within two days, as pictured in advertisement and with 90 vitamins as posted. The vitamins are large. But, easy to swallow. I have taken them for three days and I believe I feel a difference. My energy level seems to have increased, my mind seems clearer and more focused. I don’t know if anything is happening with my metabolism at this early stage but I’m praying so. Buy this product for the value and amount of vitamin B. Unreal!!! See the attached pictures for nutrition label!! I have never seen a product with this much B—which would account for my uptake in energy. Some research has said that women are often deficient in vitamin D and vitamin B which accounts for difficulty in weight and energy. I’m not expecting miracles but am optimistically hopeful this may be good for my body.

Very pleased, can already can tell a difference in my energy levels. I usually get the shakes when I take green tea but not with this product. Will continue to use in my daily routine
