I’d give these sprouting seeds a better review if they weren’t so fiddley to sprout. They sprout fine, but before they’re ready to eat they develop mold.

They don't sprout very easily and then half don't sprout at all...

I have a mix from the same brand and the kale doesn't sprout as well.

Makes great sprouts

I've been growing spouts for about 5 years. Mostly broccoli sprouts. I use mason jars most of the time but sometimes a sprouting tray. I thought I would try kale sprouts for a change. Unfortunately these seeds are mostly dead. After 6 days I have less than 10% of the seeds sprouting. This company has been around long enough that they be should checking the seed batches to make sure they are viable before the selling them. In the pictures you will seed the status of the seeds after 6 days. I used a mason jar and a sprouting tray for comparison to see if it made a difference with kale seeds. It didn't matter because most of these seeds are dead.

I use this product for microgreens. The seed is good quality and has a good germination rate. Satisfied with the product.

Very high quality seeds. I haven't measured it, but definitely close to 100% germination rate.Final product is also quite delicious. Neutral microgreen with very little of the phenol, spicy wasabi flavour. It adds a ton of flair and even texture to your dishes to really add that "wow" factor.I grew a few past the microgreen stage out of curiosity, and the seeds seem to look like the white russian variety. I'm no expert though and could be wrong.

I'm very pleased with the quality of seed. I had no problem getting them to sprout. I'm looking forward to eating these :)
