Stitching fitting all poor ...not worth more than 100 bucks

Print and material are good, little issue with neckline stiching, but the product is worth the price.

Fabric and fit are perfect. The inner lining is also good. But the neck is not stitched properly. It sort of hangs down in the front, showing the inner lining. I've tried to stitch another line below the neckline to make it stiff, but it's not working. May have to take it to a tailor and add a lace.
