It's ok, incense.. Not that great
As a package it's ok the burner itself is pretty and works, however... If you don't put that tiny little hole right over the other hole it won't work and it takes a little too get it right bc the holes on the incense are in different places and some small and closed up. Now my biggest complaint is there incense.. And you but this for there smell of three incense! I couldn't figure out which color was what scent, so I emailed the seller and they listed off the scents that were sent...I already knew this. But there's no guide to show you what is what. I quickly realized that every color, v or incense, pretty much smells the same! I think it's bc there all shoved in one big bag and which ever one smelled the strongest, is now all I smell. I really wanted all three different scents so I'm disappointed. Do if your in the market and wanting one of these for the beautiful smells. .. Get one that has sperate packaging for these cones... Hope this helps someone, wish I would've known

Love how it cascades down.
Beautifully packaged. I felt like I was opening a gift from myself! Strong scent lasts well after the cone is gone. Wish there was more color contrast with the blue but it is still beautiful.

Absolutely love it!! it's beautiful. Very reasonably priced. I already gave one to a friend I will be buying more from this very same company in the future as gifts

I turned it on and the smoke goes up never went down at all ... my whole point was for it to look pretty but its didn't work

Strong awful smell
They all smelled the same.. They burned fast and the smell is so strong I could not breath.. I want a refund.

99% the smoke does not flow down like it shows. The slightest air movement messes it all up. All the scents smell identical.
