Komax Biokips Fridge Storage Containers – Airtight Fridge Organizers and Storage Clear Containers w/Dripping Tray – Meat, Veggie, or Fruit Storage Containers for Fridge (2-Pack, 118 oz)

These are nice sturdy plastic containers. I use them to put my fresh spinach in. I liked them so well that I bought a set for my son and bought another set of a different size for larger items. They also wash nicely and appear to dry fast to. I like the fact they come with a removable slightly curved grate that fits on the bottom. I am able to stack these containers in my refrigerator, so they don't seem to take up much room. They hold more than you think. I don't know if they are dishwasher safe, but I don't mind washing them by hand to keep them nice. I will have these for a long time.

I had my doubts that this product would not work to keep my lettuce from going bad in Less than a week. I was Wrong, it is fantastic. IT REALLY KEEPS THE LETTUCE FRESH. I don’t rinse it until I get ready to eat it. I put celery in the other one and it is still crisp after 3 weeks.I ordered 2 more smaller ones for my onions and the other for grapes, same thing, keeps everything fresh. The grapes were getting a bit soft, but after a week they got firm again. The only thing the smaller ones do not have is the little grate in the bottom. Well worth the price. I will order some more.

I have to say this is probably one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve had. A couple of years ago I ordered a container to use in the fridge for luncheon meats and it came two to a pack (13x5) great size! I broke one of the flaps that keeps it airtight just on one side on one container. I wrote the seller to ask if I could purchase just one lid for that size container and they asked for my order number and address and sent me a package of two brand new containers just like I originally ordered, instead of just the lid. Now mind you this was at least two years old! They did not have to do that and I just feel like they went above and beyond to make me happy that makes you want to do business with sellers like this. Now besides what they did for me the product is quality and the size is perfect. I believe they do come in different sizes as well. Thank you and I was not paid or whatever they do for people to write reviews. This came strictly by how I feel about my experience with this product and seller. Thank you!

When I first got these (ordered July 2, 2020), I got another style of bin in the same order. At first, I thought I liked these Komax Biokips Fridge Storage Containers best. Komax are heavier plastic with lids that latch on firmly, similar to Lock & Lock containers but much cheaper; also, the Komax are much bigger than the others I got that day so more of what we bought could go straight into one of those.After seven months of constant use of both, I now prefer the other, lighter simpler plastic bins (search for: Food Storage Containers, 3 x 1.5L Fridge Organizer Case with Removable Drain Plate, Tray to Keep Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Fish etc. Out of The Drippings at the SILIVO store.) Part of my preference is due to systemic arthritis including my hands. I struggle with latching the Komax lids sometimes (they work like Lock & Lock, but aren't as high quality so can be tricky to align perfectly to get them latched.) My fully able-bodied husband and teen seem not to have trouble with the Komax lids, so you may be fine with them if you are healthy! Just be aware Komax can be tricky.I added a photo of my messy fridge so you can see how sizes compare. You'll notice the Komax is unclipped because I couldn't get it shut on my own that day.What I like best about these Komax bins is their size. These are larger than most fridge bins I've researched, and they make perfect use of the front-to-back space in my counter depth Sub-zero side-by-side fridge. I can fit the bulk bag of 2# of carrots from my farmer-direct order in these, unlike the smaller bin I find easier to open. Often, I start out with produce in these, then switch as the size dwindles to my smaller, lighter bins.If you can afford Lock & Lock and find the size you want (check out their catalog on the maker's website, then search for the right item number!), I think those work a little better. You get two of the Komax bins for the same price, however, so weigh quality vs. price to decide which is better for your use.We were very happy to have these early in the pandemic when we tossed all packaging ASAP for fear of surface transmission of COVID. Now, I just like how much easier it is to find the produce in my fridge with bins that fill the space fully from front to back. Nothing gets lost behind these Komax bins!

I’ve been using this for carrots, celery, and mini peppers. Everything stays crispy and fresh. Granted it is hard to open clothes, but I just do the two long sides and that seems to work fine. I love the fact I can wash it and dry it and reuse it.

They work perfectly for the vegetables in my fridge. Needed something to keep me from throwing away food too quickly.

I have arthritis and these are very hard to open and close. On a positive note they did keep my lettuce fresh longer and that was a big plus. If you have stronger hands then buy these. They will keep your lettuce fresh!!!
