Adjustable for most sizes. Im a big girl 5'8 264 lbs and this fit my knee just fine.

Only gave 4 stars because I don't have constant extreme pain so can't say how well it would work for that. I have patellar tendinitis that is taking forever to heal. I wasn't sure if this brace was working as it isn't tight or uncomfortable. When I removed it after several hours of wear, I could then tell that it had provided support and relief. The strap around the back of the knee is more comfortable than most single strap braces.

I like that it supports from the top of the knee and the bottom. the only problem I had was that I had to wrap it really tight in order for it to not slip. I was worried about my circulation being cut off. But over all it does support my knee so I can walk without pain.

I've been suffering from patellar tendinitis for over 6 months now, which was limiting my ability to do things I enjoy and remain active. I ordered this brace and wore it around the house to see how it felt. I felt relief, so then I tried yoga and was successful. Then I wore it to go hiking and had much less knee pain! It's not a cure, but it's definitely allowing me to be more active while I work on strengthening the proper muscles to alleviate the stress on my patellar tendon.

This item works well when you first put it on, but during the course of the walk, the top strap slides down. Constant adjust, but it works well.

The strap was a little small and tended to roll a little at first. After I adjusted it it seemed to be fine.

I received one knee band, I bought two. The one I did receive looks worn.
