Was able to stop my blood pressure meds all together and still doing great! After using for about a month, hot flashes started to go away. I will admit it had a strong odor when I unsealed it, but it seems to have tampered off already. I take this for breast pain, of all things, but it works as well as any other brand I have used.

I have been taking one evening primrose capsule per day for about 10 years and have used many different brands. This brand, for the price, has been the best so far. I take it for my monthly moodiness and my family swears by it. I ran out once and didn't buy any for a few weeks. I thought I didn't need it anymore. My husband noticed that month when I started biting his butt off for every little thing. So now I make sure I have some on hand at all times.

My doctor recommended I get this for breast pain, she also said it helps with PMS. I can attest I have suffered with breast pain for quite sometime and this works. I take one capsule in the morning and it has completely relieved my pain. She said if you take it twice a day it will relieve some major PMS symptoms, I cannot relate to this.
