These were advertised as pads you can insert into the back of your shoes if they're too big and make them where they fit better. I'm a size 7 to a 7.5 and I had a pair of shoes that were a size 8 that I bought these for. I tried one and it wasn't thick enough so I put another one on top of it and it still didn't fit any better. I hope someone has better luck with them. UPDATE: Company seen that their product didn't work for me and offered a full refund. 5 stars for excellent customer service!

I am constantly getting blisters on the back of my heels as I have wide feet and narrow heels. I read that putting hell grips in your shoes could help prevent that problem. These worked like a charm. They are extremely comfortable and easy to adhere to your shoe. My only complaint is that I feel that the adhesive isn’t as strong as I would like. But they are able to come out and not ruin your shoes.

Not only for the heel. Can be used on the sides as well. They adhere very well and are not slippery.

My problem with these is how small they are. The are for small shoes only. Because of this I am returning them. Three 3 star because the ad did not specify this. I could see a petite Woman 👠 using these on either end of her foot.

I have a lot of low top shoes that hurts my Achilles tendon if I wear all day.These are a game changer for me. All my shoes are now extremely comfy. Will buy again and gift these to my fam members!
