Good product,good service even though parts were missing.
Ladder is stable but on the top 3 steps of the the step ladder it does feel wobbly and a little unstable,to stand up on the top steps you would need someone holding the ladder at the bottom.The build quality seems ok but the ladder is new and does look like some typical Chinese quality in places so not sure how it will last over time,if it is used daily there maybe a few issues.
