Forget Nasty Community Washers
The media could not be loaded. What a total God send. This has been an investment that I am so happy I made. Was so tired of lugging clothes & the baby to the building laundryroom & all to be disgusted seeing them full of the neighbors pet fur in them. My baby broke out in hives once & I have a hair phobia so it triggered my anxiety horrible. Now I know exactly what's being mixed in with mine or the babies clothes. This machine works so much better than any big washer I've ever used. I can control the water temperature & extra rinse cycles. So easy to use. I did have to order an extension for the sink to machine input but only because my faucet has a special nozzle.Half the time, the clothes come out of the spin dry almost dry so I don't have to leave them on my dry rack (found at Walmart $9) for very long. Oh & the clothes smells so fresh. Totally recommend this washer because not only is the size of it amazing for the amount of things I can actually wash, but it does it's job & then some. Now I cant wait to move it into my Tiny Home someday.

Stopped working just after 90 days.........
I like the fact that it fit in my small kitchen and took up very little space. It also was very quiet. Able to wash about 4-12 pieces of clothing at once depending on the size of the clothing. However, I am very dissatisfied that I purchased this on March 20, 2020 it was delivered on March 25, 2020. My first use was on March 26, 2020. My last use was on July 3, 2020. For some reason the agitator at the bottom just stopped working. I contacted the company and their response was "Sorry for this inconvenience. We would like help you, since your order was too long ago, we can't do nothing for you." What kind of response is that? Even if they cannot assist me further. Then they should have said that instead of "we can't do nothing for you."

Make sure you know what you're getting into
So it's an ok machine,Pros1. It's pretty quiet.2. The wash cycle is insane it's so powerful I can believe it! And your clothes come out really clean (unless super soiled or stained) but even so leaving clothes in detergent a bit and it's good to go.3. The spin cycle is ridiculously fast I only use 3 minutes to spin, and gets clothes about 75-80 percent dry.4. The drum is still pretty small and you need to use lighter-medium loads DO NOT DO BIG LOADS OF LAUNDRY IT WILL BREAK.5. It's also pretty simple and straight forward and I was able to do a bigger load ( broken up into smaller loads) pretty quickly. About 5 small loads (@9 minutes wash, 3 min spin) in about an hour.6. I've done about 20 loads of small laundry over the weekend and it's actually doing great! Jean's, towels, and even a queen size flat sheet and fitted sheet, i can pretty much wash anything in here (obviously in small amounts.) Except maybe rugs.Cons1. I got it because it says it can hold more 24 pounds than others, but comparing it to the giantex twin tub that hold 17.5 pounds in total the dimensions of the machines are the same.2.Second off the machine takes about 5-6 gallons of water for one big load than could do about a small baskets worth of laundry.3. Third the "built in pump" is not great you dont have to have the machine high above whatever you pour out the water into but whatever you pour the water into, it has to be less than half of the machine. You can't refill it back into the wash tub either.4. You shouldn't drain both the wash tub and spin tub at the same time, you can but it could overload the pump.5. The drain and soft cycle on my machine are switched if I put it to drain it doesn't do anything if I put it to soft the water drains out.6. Drain hose way to small, water inlet hose will not fit even my smaller faucets. All in all an ok machine thatll do the job but it should cost less. I will have to use it more and hopefully it'll last but so far so good!

Excellent for the price range
The pump isn't automatic and none of the cycles advance automatically. You'll have to turn it on to do the rinse cycle. Soap scum will float on top of your water after a wash cycle, and then be deposited back on your clothes. To avoid this, I brace the unit and tip a few gallons of water out of it.1. fill2. wash3. drain4. fill5. drainSet timers on your cell phone. The water inlets are not threaded, so it won't be easy to attach hoses and apply any pressure. The unit isn't set to accept continuous pressure by opening and closing internal valves during operation. If I had the option, I would have paid extra to have a more automated unit. For the price range this unit is in, I can't give it less than five stars. The spin dryer works exceptionally well and the washing part of it can get my clothes extremely clean.

Great until needed for larger sized loads or heavy clothing
Washing portion is fantastic but “drying” portion just wicks away excess water, doesn’t actually dry. Water inlet hose doesn’t fit any type of water connection, best bet is to dump buckets of water or fill it up with shower water if you have a detachable shower head. Drying portion also doesn’t handle heavy clothes very well, I have a teddy bear of a spouse so his clothes are quite heavy and they don’t “dry” well unless done 2 pieces at a time depending the clothing type, my tiny small sized clothes do perfectly fine in large numbers. IT TAKES A LOT OF WORK AND TIME, HEAVY LIFTING, and CAN BE A MESS... OPINION: only works well for small/medium loads and clothing sizes. DONT BUY IF YOU DONT HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT OF PATIENCE!

Pleasant expectation, It works!
This washer is exactly what it says, the power of this washer is truly awesome! It is light weight enough to allow me to take it up a flight of stairs by myself. It fits perfectly against the wall in my bathroom opposite the toilet allowing for easy access to the tub, I place it inside the tub when using it for filling and draining the water. I have been using this machine since August and it really makes the clothes clean, moderately dirty. Like all mechanical things, handle with care, after all it is made of durable plastic. I purchased an indoor/outdoor extension cord to connect to it. I would suggest not to overload the washer or the spinner, be wise and be kind to it and it should last a very long time. I’m expecting it to.
