I wanted to avoid checking bags on a trip to Australia, so I got this bag because it met Air Canada’s carry-on size restrictions, which are aggravatingly smaller than almost all other airlines’. The bag worked great and seemed well-constructed, easy to maneuver, and fit well in all of the carry-on bins. There are 3 zippered pockets, in addition to the main compartment. All the zippers worked well & seemed sturdy. The dimensions stated are accurate, but it seemed smaller than I expected; however, this might be because I was trying to cram everything for a one-week overseas trip into just this bag + a backpack — definitely challenging, but I did it! (Hint: Use lots of compression zip lock bags.) The wheels seemed sturdy and rolled smoothly & quietly, even with my backpack sitting on top of the bag. I knocked off one star for maneuverability because the extending handle seemed wobbly, which made turning the bag around corners a little bit of a struggle (only slightly so, though). Overall, great purchase & highly recommended. (PS - Turns out that, despite Air Canada’s stricter size requirements, nobody ever measured my bags during the whole trip!)

I usually don't travel much, maybe 2-3 times per year and I've just been using duffle bags to do so but I thought maybe I should get some adult luggage. I'm very happy that I did. This carry on case is very nice. It's big enough to hold my travel kit, a change of shoes, a pair of slippers, several pairs of underwear, pants, extra shirts, socks, and other miscellaneous items. On the lid it has an inner compartment for various things like belts or medications and the like. There's also another compartment on the outside of the lid and you can also expand the lid to fit another inch or two of items in the bag. The wheels are super smooth and it rolls effortlessly. It's light but sturdy and I hope to get years of use out of it. For the price I think it's great and I would buy another one if I needed it.

I needed a new suitcase for an upcoming trip and took a chance on this one. I liked the color (bought the teal blue), the size (25"), and the 10 year limited warranty (I also bought the extra warranty through Amazon to cover everything). I am a chronic overpacker, but am trying to get better about it. This bag was perfect. It was roomy and easy to pack. The built in zippered pouch in the inside for liquids is nice, though if you overload it, it makes your bag front heavy potentially making it fall forward. It rolled smoothly and the fact that it has a handle on the bottom of the bag as well as the side and top, makes it easy to grab off the baggage claim. The telescoping handle was not too jiggly and I didn't feel like it was going to break off, especially because it required very little effort to push or pull the bag while walking. The bag does expand, but I really didn't need it. I'm glad I bought this bag.

I have a list of things that I want in a piece of luggage and it can be difficult to check all of these things off my list. This suitcase has the majority of the things that I want in a suitcase. First of all the wheels are wonderful you could do a little Do Si Do in this suitcase would keep up with you. The zippers are smooth and feel like they would not break. I love lots a little pockets because I like to keep everything organized and separated. The side zipper is awesome!! What a great use of space!! It goes from the top to the bottom and would be a perfect place to put airline tickets or passports in a safe and easily accessible place. I also like the front zipper that is running vertically, I feel like this is another great place to put important papers that you don’t want to lose and you need quick access to. The front zipper that is running horizontally would be nice to put liquid items that need to be taken out so that they could be scanned in an airport. I can see how it might tip if you put too much weight in the front because the front sticks out, so you might need to do some weight adjustment when packing. The little pocket at the top would be great for keys or small items such as your cell phone or wallet. I also love the fact that it has a built in name card on the back. A lot of suitcases have these but sometimes they can be hidden a little too well and I worry that they wouldn’t be seen, but that’s not the case with this one. It is obvious that it is there, but it is protected and a part of the back of the suitcase. The inner main compartment is deep which I love because I am a packing cube girl and I prefer to have that deep one sided packing space. I also love the fact that the lid has a wet pocket as well as a large flat pocket. I love that flat pocket because I like to make shadow boxes from our vacations and I am always collecting brochures and show tickets and I need a flat place to put them and this will be perfect. I wish that it had a built-in TSA lock, but that was not a dealbreaker just something that I wish that it had. I also wish that the extending zipper went all the way around. I’m not sure how 3/4 of the zipper is going to extend it that much, but it might tip if it’s extended too much. More color choices would’ve been nice as well. A deep blue would have been what I wanted, but the black is nice. Overall it looks like a solid well designed suitcase.

The most practical carry-on I've had. I've been using this for the past 3 years and mine has survived 3 international trips and maybe 5 domestic flights. Perfect for a weekend when you just cannot be bothered to wait for checked baggage, pockets are super useful for things I add last minute. Also great for long layovers if you're the type to walk all over the terminal for shopping or just to walk around. Glides perfectly and easy to maneuver.

I bought this luggage before a trip to Europe, and it survived quite well! It rolled easily, and was so easy to pack efficiently. I was able to pack for a 10 day trip through 4 countries, and had some room to bring home souvenirs! I also loved that there was a separate “liquids” pocket to put shampoo and washes in so I didn’t have to use separate ziploc bags. Well worth the price! It isn’t the lightest luggage, but the number of pockets and organization makes up for that. Definitely going to buy the rest of the matching luggage because I was so happy with the 22” piece.

Great product overall, only item missing would be a numbered lock that should come with such an expensive suitcase

The issue is when you have the laptop and or accessories in the front pocket, it makes it tippy, and sometimes falls on its front if you’re not holding the handle. Other than that, it’s a great suitcase.
