Great product to help me keep track of my fitness during isolationThe watch comes with two interchangeable straps which was a nice surprise! It also came with 100% charge on arrival so I could use instantly - I have worn it for 3 days and the battery life hasn’t reduced at all so it looks like it will last a very long time.It’s very easy to download the free app and sync my watch up to it. It’s also easy to choose between the optional features eg vibrations when receiving a call which I find helpful which is done within the app.It also stores all the data and collates it into graphs which I find interesting to monitor my fitnessWould recommend this watch

I have 2 very active young boys who love gadgets and loved the idea of a fitness tracker. I bought them both one of these and they wear them every day. They became very motivated by getting their step count as high as possible! This led to more activity which is great for them. A couple of points:1. AccuracyNo complaints, I have compared to my phone and seems in line and have 2 of these and seem consistent2. BatteryLast a long time - at least a week. Charges in a quick amount of time3. DurabilitySeems good - resistant to water and wear and tear well4. Customer serviceExcellent - one of the watches I had the plastic connection ended up getting snapped in the strap and the seller was super quick and helpful and replaced immediately. Top service.Overall, if you are looking for a decent, kid-suitable and well priced fitness tracker I wouldn't look much further.

Was great, especially for kids. Lite weight, easy to use, good price.However, after 2 years strap has broken, I can’t see that the one I need is available to order. No phone number evident for company and no response to online chat…..shame!

Bought this watch for my 8 year old daughter, after a previous watch was too large.This is ideal for a smaller wrist, and a buckle which will hold it in place and also comes with a second strap which is a nice touch.The app was easy to install on my phone using a QR code which was really easy.It seems pretty accurate compared to my FITBIT - She’s has recorded thousands of steps which doesn’t surprise me as she is always on the go!!! The battery life seems great, only needing to be charged every 4/5 days.She doesn’t have a phone, therefore many of the added options for the camera of a phone don’t get used.But she is very impressed, and as her parent I am impressed with the price!!Nice little watch for kids.

Great for kids to be able to "track" steps , very durable, easy charge, long battery life but found it very unreliable if you're looking for accurate log of steps/cals etc as an adult-Significant discrepancies.

Very dainty , very smart with dual changeable traps ideal for small wrists, not bulky at all, very happy.

Device seems fine. But let down by the most utterly clueless developer on planet earth, so clueless they really should leave app development to professionals, not somebody who probably still lives at home. In order to change the time, you need to download an app. Firstly, it’s not even clear which app. BIGGERFIVE or VeryFitPro? Neither seems to have clearly understood the use case of multiple fitness trackers for children who don’t have their own mobile device or tablet where a parent wants one app to manage all devices.Firstly, the device names that show up are system generated and you are given no idea which device you are registering. Secondly, the BIGGERFIVE app makes you think you are registering a child, but this turns out to be the parents’ details. What parent is 8 years old? It’s then you realise you add your children. You add children and then the device. The device then fails to connect to the app after the first time. And you can’t even set the alarm through this app. Whoever designed the app is so utterly clueless in their development skills they really should seek an alternative career. I work in app development and this individual or team would probably have been fired for something so unfriendly to users. I despair.This is an honest review from a United Kingdom user.
