Sadly this is NOT crystal. Its cut glass, although heavy but there is a unnecessary line where they attached the curve of the glass together. Very dissapointed. Sad face

This mixing glass is phenomenal. It's attractive, can hold enough for a double and the strainer is perfect for holding back the ice. I usually pair this with a small mesh strainer if I'm making something with fresh squeezed citrus since hawthorne strainers don't strain the pulp. You'll get the best experience with this mixer if you use a long bar spoon and just swirl the ice around rather than actually stirring it.After using this for a short while, I actually prefer it to using my Boston shaker. It just seems more elegant to me. Probably just personal preference!

I feel like a pro when I've used this product. It makes the drink look so good while I'm mixing it. Don't put ice in these when they are warm. I've had two of them develop cracks. The first one made a loud noise. Worth it for the look but be careful not to use it while it's warm from the dishwasher or from a hand wash.

Was able to see this product in person at a local chain for 3 times the price. Great price on amazon so I finally decided to get it. Thick glass. Looks great with my whiskey glasses. Strainer works great. Have made several old fashions and it’s holding up great.

Love the glass. The Hawthorne strainer is alright. This is a serving for two. I may get a larger one for larger groups.

Not quite the high quality pervaded in the description cast glass made in china with seams on the outside, however very thick glass with good thermal properties and the strainer is a prefect fit. I would give a higher rating but disappointed by quality of glass. This item is listed on other sites at the same price.

Excellent for making stirred cocktails, everyone always comments on how suave it looks. Has taken a lot of knocks and made a lot of drinks with no problems at all.

After less than a year of using this product (bought 29th Nov 2015, broke 8th Oct 2016 = 10 months), the bottom of the glass jug came clean off. It wasn't knocked / tapped / dropped, it just cracked and fell off. I'd expected this to be able to withstand ice and cocktails for more than a year. Wouldn't buy this product range again.

Nice mixing jug with sifter to stop stuff drifting in to the glass.

Just what I ordered, good quality, price and a very quick delivery. Would have preferred the description to say that the inside of the glass is also ridged.
